I visited last fall and it was pretty decent overall. I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake flavor, and you could taste both the pumpkin spice as well as the creaminess of the cheesecake. Service was prompt and attentive. 3.5 stars

They never filled my custom order. Based on a another review, this must be a habit with this store. I ordered a custom ice cream cake online through www.baskinrobbins.com for a special birthday. They had 24 hours to make the cake. Before going in to pick it up, I tried calling to see if it was ready. The call went to voicemail and the voicemail box was filled. When I went into the store to pick it up, they never made it. The employee then tried blaming me that I didn't give them enough time to make the cake. Nobody called or emailed me that there was an issue. They just disregarded the order. Blaming the customer for their mistake is not the way to get repeat business. Terrible customer service.

ordered birthday cake online to be picked up at this location. next day the order was cancelled without giving any reason. If you cannot fulfill an order, don't take order the first place.

They make everything pretty well, but the pace here is AWFULLY slow. The people that make my ice cream shakes move ridiculously slow where you should not come here if you are in a rush. Their slow movement is so unnecessary. It's like making a shake in a slow mo. Employees are bit weird. Indian lady was making me a shake one time and was just screaming through her phone, which is unprofessional to do while you're working.

I purchased a LARGE smoothie, and the guy who made it must be a manager, or at least very concerned about the bottom line, because he went for for smallest banana, and put in one scoop of frozen yogurt ( he went to use ice cream at first, probably cheaper?) I hate to pay for something, and then have the server cut every corner he can.
