I wish I could give 10 stars . The service was great and the food was absolutely amazing . Best risotto I have ever had . My daughter loved the salmon and my wife was blown away by the eggplant . Can’t wait to go back .

I went to this restaurant because I was looking for a dish with squid ink pasta. I have had it a few times at restaurants in NYC and Brooklyn,NY. Each time, it was delicious. I ordered the Linguine Nero alla Tricia$28.95 from here, which did not meet the standards of my past experiences. The dish was somewhat bland, it had just a few shrimp and small pieces of calamari. I was really hoping for a delicious culinary experience since I live in NJ and wanted something near. They did not deliver in my opinion.

1st time there through recommendation. Food was excellent (authentic Italian) and the service by all was friendly and attentive. The appetizers are different and so good. Will be back in near future.

This is a place we want to even during the pandemic, when there was hardly anyone there. Food is excellent, prefix menu before 6 pm is wonderful. It is small, like someone's living room. which is intimate, but you are delegated to a small table when you made reservations for two.. The tables that are for two are so close you hear every conservation and hardly room for your food. I asked if we could have a table for four when we went in at 5:30. Waiter said we could not have a table for four because there were others coming in with 4 .. After we were eating I saw a couple come in and they had a table for 4 but only two of them...Could it be they called the waiter by name? made me feel that all patrons are not created equal....obviously we were not. Good for 3-4 but not two. I asked if we came in at 4 pm, could we have a table for 4 and out by 5.....no was the answer. I am thinking twice about going again...I am not part of the in crowd obviously,

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door, very quaint and desirable. Seating is close to each other but fine. Definitely can hear others in the room. The service and food was above average. I'm glad I chose to try this place out.

The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not full or busy at the time. We waited approximately 20 minutes to get the bill as the server walked passed our table several times and ignored us.

Wonderful local restaurant with terrific early bird menu selections. Great pricing. Attentive staff with a friendly manner. Highly recommend! We have been here many times... always great!

Another fine dinner at La Cucina Piccola, one of our most favorite restaurants in the whole area. We started with the amazing PEI mussels in a light saffron cream sauce - 22 delicious morsels in a fantastic-tasting sauce. See the picture! A must-try, assuming you like mussels and saffron. We had specials tonight. A customized veal with mushrooms and little squares of prosciutto in a light cream sauce and tagliatelle pasta with crab and shrimp in a very light red sauce. Both delicious and both so large that we brought home dinner for the next day. The specials are always worth considering. If you want an amazing value, try the prix fixe menu, a three-course dinner for about $27. Reservations essential on weekends and a great idea any time. BYOB, and they have pretty good glasses.

Food good. Took longer than expected to get our food. Vegetables lukewarm, while meat & sauce hot. Dessert good, Birthday recognized by staff. Price is or about what you would expect to pay. Would visit again.

Food and service very good. Salad and calamari were excellent, The pork chop entree was cooked perfectly, as were the meatballs with ricotta. However the eggplant parm appetizer arrived cold, heavily breaded, cheese not melted and very little ricotta. I would have sent it back to the kitchen but the weather was bad. It took us an hour to reach the restaurant and we wanted to eat and get on the road quickly.

Great meal and service on NYE. Enjoyed burrata special and my husband had the crab cake as an appetizer. He brought some home for leftover. I had a terrific ribeye and my husband ordered short rib as our entrees. We were very pleased with both the quality and quantity of our food. Service was very attentive. Wonderful start to 2024!
