I ordered food earlier this week from Stephanie’s BBQ in Roselle Park (NOT Elizabeth) via Uber Eats. There was zero issue with the Uber Eats part of the order, however the food was disgusting. The food tasted and smelled like dish soap. I had someone else try the food and didn’t mention a word to them about what I was thinking, and they knew exactly what I was speaking about right away with the smell and the taste. Reached out to Uber Eats and they stated they would have to reach out to the establishment and report back to me what their findings where. After a night being sick to my stomach, throwing away food and not hearing back from Uber Eats with an update I felt that it was necessary for the public to know that you will not always get the good quality food from the Roselle Park location that you would receive from the Elizabeth location. If you want to order food from Stephanie’s BBQ order from Elizabeth – don’t order from Roselle Park.

Terrible food. I was given an old dried reheated chicken with tasteless beef ribs. Beef ribs tasted as if he was soaked in water and thrown on the grill. Never had chicken & beef ribs this bad.

If I could I would put zero stars. Today was the second time that I got burned French fries. Plus customer service is the worst. I arrived to this place and the owner’s daughter who charged me for the food was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her why in the menu said one price and she’s charging me a different price and she called the owner (her mom) and said : explained her because she doesn’t understand the price.I told the owner I understand the price I’m just asking a simple question and when I called to order food I asked if there is a charge for paying with a credit card and the person who answered the phone first said “ I cannot heard you” so I repeated the question and then she said: there’s no charge and when I arrived to pickup up the food they charged me.And when the owner came and talked to me she came from the kitchen licking her fingers.Never again! Worst place and customer service. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Tasty Barbecue here a barbecue that actually have real good taste you can taste the flavors and the young lady suggested napkins plates and cups . Very affordable to feed the family if you’re not cooking after school for a day.

I'm just going to say, it was dang yummy. I ordered BBQ chicken (perfectly seasoned, no sauce needed,) and a Portuguese sausage, along with rice and black beans. I ordered it through Doordash, and it was prepared quickly by the restaurant and arrived at my door hot.
