I visit here 2-3 times a week. I'm a fan of their app & points system. I've already earned a free beverage of any size & plan on using it Monday morning. The servers are friendly. Orders come out quickly for the most part. The bathroom is well maintained.
Not sure why the reviews are so terrible. To me, it is just a typical Dunkin. A lot of times I order ahead in the app, and my order is always ready by the time I get there. When going to the drive through, expect a longer line since the parking lot is small. Especially on weekday mornings, sometimes the line will wrap around the street. Overall, they have never messed up my order and I have been to this location numerous times.
