The service needs to improve. The woman at cashier is rude. If you complain about an order. The restaurant will block your number.

we been getting take out here when we are in the mood for Peruvian food. they are usually packed for dine in on weekends so take out is my go to option. I'm not usually a big fan of ceviche especially roselle park ceviche but it's really good here. the portion is large. lomo and chaufa has enough for mini meal preps the next few days. there's plenty of parking at the strip mall.

They cannot take your order over the phone.

Service is terrible!!! If I could give no stars I would. People don’t understand that service is what matter the most. That lady at the register is always with a long face with her rude attitude … soon they will be out of business…

I stopped by for lunch and was expecting to find a new go to spot. Placed an order to go, pretty simple meal: Rotisserie Chicken with rice and Maduro. Was told 10 minutes so I went after 15 minutes to get my order and was told 5 more minutes. I thought ok cool, good food is worth the wait. Received my order and instantly noticed the green sauce is a bit lighter than I'm used to seeing it from other Peruvian restaurants. Disappointed doesn't begin to define how I felt after tasting the food. The chicken was raw on the inside and lacked flavor, the Maduro wasn't fully done and the rice was sticky and hard at the same time as though it was mixed with 2 different batches of rice. Definitely wouldn't try them again.

I recently dined at this Peruvian gem, and it was a five-star experience from start to finish! We ordered 8 different dishes and the vibrant flavors of each dish showcased the rich diversity of Peruvian cuisine. The portions were generous, ensuring every bite was a delightful journey through Peruvian culinary excellence. The attentive service and inviting atmosphere only added to the overall exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying taste of Peru! Wish there were more stars to give !

Their Specialty is chicken… they open at 12 am and there is no chicken until forty minutes later???? It doesn't make sense, it's like opening McDonald's and there being no hamburgers... bad thing.

If I could I would give zero stars. Every time I ordered for pickup everything got wrong. The first time I touched a hair in the food. I complained so they gave me a large drink for that problem. The second time I ordered 3 menus of the day and the soup on the 3 menus was salty. So I called to complain and they told me they would replace them next time. And the third and last time I touched the raw grilled chicken all with blood. I complained and they told me that because I complain too much I will not be able to buy more there. Worst place, I don't recommend anyone go there. Now I found a restaurant with good customer service and above all clean.
I usually come here from Queens, NY.I take the train E ? from 74st and Roosevelt Ave to Penn Station ?From Penn, I take the New Jersey Transit ? to Elizabeth; from Elizabeth, I walk to this restaurant, but when it rains, I take a Lyft cab ?...I spend about 1 hour and a half from my house to Se Salio el Pollo Restaurant...Today, Friday, my wife and I arrive at 7 pm, we order the classic Peruvian Rottisserie Chicken ?...my friends, I've dined in different Peruvian restaurants in Patterson, Harrison, West New York, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Wahington DC, Arlington, Virginia, San Francisco, Queens, Westchester, CT and Manhattan, but I never been served Pollo a la Brasa like in Se Salio el Pollo. Right here, you'll get your Pollo a la Brasa as if you were in Peru at any Pollerias; Pollo a la Brasa here is served succulent, juicy and ?. It's seasoned just to the point that you won't leave any remainings of Pollo a la Brasa on the plate, just the bones though lol...it's well complemented with a Huacatay based semi hot sauce...and Fries, and a portion of salad prepared with fresh lettuces, radish and finish with a ranch dressing like...we accompany our Pollo de la Brasa with a chilled Inca Kola...Our trip to get here is long, but when We have our first bite of this succulent Pollo a la Brasa, we forget about everything and believe it is worth every penny we spend on our long journey...The downside is only about one thing, little things. For example, I saw the waiter rubbing his nose ? with his ?, he never washed his hands and kept working. It's something that we didn't appreciate; it's not hygienic... please just keep in mind that food must be treated with respect. Consequently, your staff must keep their hands ✋️ clean at all times...Your customers will really appreciate it.Still, the Pollo a la Brasa here deserves a 5 ?

This Peruvian spot has become my new favorite due to its fantastic food, excellent service, reasonable prices, and generous portions. I appreciate that the dishes aren't overly seasoned or greasy - they hit just the right balance. Every item on the menu impresses.
