Owner is and always has been a nasty boss and mistreats most of his employees for yrs this is why he has a hard time keeping good workers !! He's a financial disaster in his own personal life that's why he can't pay his employees on time !! Horrible human being !!!

My fingers and hands are still sticky from the overflowing hot fudge I asked for extra-soft twist, hot fudge, whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles! HEAVEN!! Staff is nice, prices are normal ice cream prices and of course sitting outside eating is the best! So grab a friend and go grab some DQ (go soon before they close for the winter).

Came to Dairy Queen in Rutherford craving pumpkin pie 9/19/23. At least that’s what I thought it was going to be getting. Instead, Alie, the employee there at the time did not tell me that they were going to use cheesecake instead of the pumpkin pie crust because they ran out. Ended up going back to get a refund because that mix tastes Gross. What kind of management lets there employees mislead customers in the hope to make a quick buck.

The "ice cream" was way too soft and airy. My husband and I each had cones. Admittedly it's been a while since we've bought anything at Dairy Queen. But I remember the cones coming to a pointed swirl and having a nice flavor. Ours had no actual body... just a blob on a cone.

Half melted blizzard. Was not served upside down because it would have fallen out of the container. The kids who run this place use the counter for their laundry. A sweater was on the counter outside the window. Will not be returning to this location. Worst DQ location.

I have no complaints about the blizzard I got but I am disheartened at the customer service that a mom in front of me received. She was with her toddler and no more than 2 mins of walking away, the toddler dropped his $5.20 ice cream cup. The mom kindly asked if she could get another one and the cashier (who was not kind even before this) immediately said no. I was actually shocked, as was the mom. She paid the $5.20 but as she walked away I asked the cashier why she wasn’t able to exchange the ice cream for this mom/toddler. She referenced some strict rule that was being enforced by management. I understand some young teenagers try to take advantage of swapping out ice creams but this mom and her young toddler had literally walked away 2 mins prior - a little empathy would have gone a long way.

If I want ice cream, Dairy Queen is my preference. My favorite treat is a vanilla sundae with fudge and peanut butter. It's very yummy!

Terrible customer service and their ice cream is so watery. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Also, when I asked to scan my rewards they said they don’t participate, yet they have a flyer on their window telling you to join.
