This is the third time I get coffee from here on my way to work and it tastes like dirty water or no flavor at all. I understand places/people can have bad days but come on. I guess I will have to find another DD on my way to go to.

Ordered via the app this morning... Picked up the order- my sandwiches were squished in the bag (I had four of them) and each one was burned, one of them was wrong- and the donuts were missing- which I didn't realize until I got all the way home and got everything out. Went back to get the donuts, the guy at the counter halfway apologized to me and got the donuts. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience or anything. I wish I had a stronger personality and was more comfortable telling him what a terrible experience I had, but I don't. And the donuts were almost stale. Not fresh at all. I won't go back.

The ladies that were there before were so sweet and amazing always got my order right the people that are there now don't know what they are going and they don't pay attention they got my coffee wrong 4 times I asked for iced caramel craze medium they put whatever in it gave me a random drink the coffee was so dark

Came here today for a group order. The woman at the counter was INCREDIBLE. So sweet and kind. She had a lot of nice tattoos and cute colorful nails, I'm sorry I did not catch her name. The other times I've been here were not as pleasant as this, Infact I don't like any of the other servers attitudes. But today my server came thru, give that girl a raise she is doing good work.Thank you tattoo girl :-)

Need more workers and learn to make coffee right like customers ask for it. You don't need a degree to make coffee. I dare not try the food. scary it may not be done right.
