This was posted awhile ago. But on Saturday night my step daughter and her boyfriend decided to dine in.service was terrible drinks took awhile to be served. Waited almost 45 minutes for there food .other Customers were serve first before them. They did rectified there mistake by offering 50%off. But damage was done.i advised my stepdaughter next time just walk out.

Decided to try somewhere new the next town over was craving some bbq chicken and said hey why not! I ordered online hesitating a bit bc they use Uber eats and I have never actually used Uber eats before and wasn't a fan of the idea. Well it all started off well enough placed an order for my daughter and I got bbq chicken, fries, and cornbread. She got chicken wings and fries (Simple order we were starving and it was late.) Well waiting on our food and get a text from the Uber eats guy, "I'm having some trouble finding your address".He sends a map of his location, mind you it's no where near my address. I say "that's not my address" and "I'm not sure where you are". He responds back "I'm here " so I go to the door look around stand there a good 5 min and text him to ask where he is. No response and send him my address again. Another 5 min goes by no response I then call him. He doesn't pick up and a minute later get a confirmation my food was handed to me , Ehhhh NO IT WASNT ! So I call him, call him, call him, then call Jim Dandy's and tell them he ghosted me. They tell me at first not our problem so please call Uber eats. Then I ask for the manager, mind u this was already like past 8 pm and we were hangry at this point. The manager gets on and says he'll call me back, 2 min later he does. They decided to send us our food again for free ! They again used Uber eats which I felt was silly, but hey they corrected the problem ! We got our food about 25 min later and ate like ravenous beasts. The food was good typical bbq but the customer service sold me ! I only gave 4 stars bc I think Uber eats sucks and they should have delivery people instead, but otherwise I will def try them again! Ps I reported the Uber eats guy bc he sucks!

If you a women such as myself don’t come here alone 1st off a guy that work there try to hit on me before I can even order so I was already feeling uncomfortable then I get my food n 5 minutes into my meal I notice the brisket was still raw on the inside but cooked on the outside so I ask to speak to the manager n my server said he was the manager so I felt even more uncomfortable cause while I’m telling him my problem he’s trying to ask me out so I just got up n left this place was highly recommended cause the bbq was excellent but I feel like the piece of meat being here the way the male workers had there eyes on me not recommended no women to come to this establishment alone
