Local favorite for brunch and lunch. Love their specials especially their soups that are always changing every few days. Everyone there is very attentive and nice. There homemade chips and hash are staples every time for us.

When I got there the waitress was already rude that should have been my first sign to leave. 2nd time they took FOREVER to get my order literally 15 minutes and when I asked an apple juice for myself the waiter gave me a tiny kids bottle. He should have warned me from the start it was a mini size apple juice not going to be from the cup like most dinners do. Besides that the food was so gross and so unaesthetic. Look at the pictures below for context. They threw the butter and didn’t even spread it and the hash brown was mushy and gross. What really ticked us was that we asked the waiter for a check and 20 minutes pass by we saw him talking to his coworkers in the corner. I asked what it seemed to be the owner the check and he gave it right away. I’m surprised they have good reviews, that’s the only reason why I came here.

Must try the Huevos rancheros and crepe pancakes! Don’t do the half stack of pancakes, they are thin so a full plate is great to share, very tasty! Coffee tastes like diner burnt coffee but the food is amazing! Quick service and great prices ! They do charge $1.50 for sharing plates.

Cute little restaurant with lots of friendly and attentive servers. They came over just enough times to see if we needed anything or to refill the coffee without being asked, and were quick and witty with their remarks and food recommendations. Coffee was noticably excellent. Food was mostly good. The mozzarella and bacon omelet was good but there was hardly any cheese - definitely needs more cheese. The regular pancakes and chocolate chip pancakes were ok - very thin, almost like crepes, but a bit lacking in flavor, even with chocolate chips. We waited about 30-40 min for a table when we got there, and then it took quite a while for the food to come out, so we were there much longer than expected, but it was a pretty busy Sun around brunch time. Prices were reasonable and the tables were comfy with plenty of room. I would come again if in the area.

That say they are closed at 3:30 but they dident let us in at 2:50 I know it maybe it takes a little to cook the food and serve it, but not mor then 40 min.
This place is the absolute best!! I make a trip to Steve & Andrea's every time I'm in Rutherford, and it never misses. The service is warm and prompt, the food is good, and it's a reliable, delicious, affordable diner that feels like home. On my most recent trip, I ordered a Taylor Ham egg breakfast sandwich on a roll with cheese and potatoes on the side. They make a damn good sandwich here: the roll is soft, the ham is salty and delicious, and the egg is perfectly cooked but not so drippy that it's tough to eat. I also put the potatoes in the sandwich - 100% recommend. Their potatoes are a mix between a mashed potato and a hash brown. I'm not sure how they make it, but it's divine!

I came here for the first time and it looked quaint and cozy from outside but the table I sat at faced the door which was a little chilly . Some of my customers told me about this place and I decided to give it a try . I ordered the special which was Breakfast Quesadilla with chorizo potatoes onions and peppers . I asked for 2 eggs over easy instead of eggs scrambled eggs in the tortillas. The problem is had was there was barely any chorizo or potatoes it was mostly onions and peppers . They were a little skimpy with the green sauce and sour cream . It was tasty but just for $15.00 I think it was a little overpriced plus they initially charged me over $15.00 The waitress “fixed” it . At least she tried to help out she said my bank charges a fee which I have never been charged any fee to use my bank card . I might give this place another go and order pancakes next time to see if they are as good as my customers told me. I gave it 3 stars because the lack of potatoes and chorizo in the quesadillas it was a little disappointing to be honest.
