I used to live in the area ; was up visiting family and I stumbled on this place by way of an IG reel so I figured I would give it a try because (a)-it was the Friday that NJ experienced a 4.8 earthquake and I most certainly didn't think I was in the right headspace to do any cooking and (b)-this place was literally 1 mile away from my mother's house so I figured I'd pay the extra overhead and have it delivered because it was so close.Let's get the con out of the way; despite me putting my address in and stating where I lived the food was never delivered. I received prompt notifications on my phone about it being almost ready & that it was on its way..but I literally was standing in front of the single family residence and received a text that my food was delivered but it wasn't. Not the best first impression..When I called the establishment Chelf Salty communicated his dismay and stated he would remake my order for in person pick-up; I appreciated his effort to make this right so I agreed.I'm glad I did.I ordered the spicy miso ramen, the tori katsu ramen, and the stamina ramen (was sharing with mom). The spicy miso ramen has a nice kick, the ramen noodles have a good chew and the pork confit was silky. Katsu ramen and stamina ramen though brothless had great balance of flavor between the amazingly dressed noodles (again nice kick in heat/flavor that wasn't blindingly spicy), perfect jammy eggs and the the chicken katsu was DIVINE..perfectly crisp..juicy..and again..great balance of flavor in the chicken. If you don't feel like getting in your car to drive to a ramen place and just want to tuck into some yummy ramen at home do give this place a try..I'm glad I did. Is it the best ramen I have ever had in my life? No..but I think it holds its own with the other ramen places in Essex county and again..I think it's a great option for the peeps that live in Nutley/Belleville area that just want to tuck into some good comfort food that isn't pizza or mexican-give it a shot!

Very good ramen, great bun with chicken thighs. Would recommend. Ramen is not just salty noodles, tons of flavor.

Such consistently awesome food coming out of KC’s kitchen! Followed him from when he served out of East Rutherford to the new location in Nutley, and the ramen never disappoints. The creative twists in flavors, especially recently with the Filipino-inspired ramen options, are executed for pure deliciousness. KC’s super friendly on pick up and easily accessible through instagram for any questions! Can’t wait for a storefront!!! ??

I ordered the ramen + bao combo. Wow is all I can say. You can tell how much work goes into that amazing ramen broth. And the noodles are unique; definitely my favorite ramen I’ve had in NJ. The pork bao was perfect- the pork was rich and flavorful, while the bun was perfectly soft. Can’t wait to order again! Keep up the great work, Chef!

Delicious broth! The Chicken Katsu was perfectly crispy and added a great contrast in the Spicy Miso ramen bowl.

Delicious ramen! I got the spicy miso ramen and the depth of the broth flavor is honestly ridiculous. Rich, creamy, flavorful. The pork flavor really shines through, too. Just a little bit of kick of the spice to round out the flavor. Noodle portion was great with perfect texture and bok choy was also perfectly cooked and tasted great with the broth. The pieces of pork belly were also a nice mix of fatty and lean. The food was ready for me to pick up in the timeframe set and it was easy to just grab it and go!Would love to try other takes on ramen here, so many good options!

WOW!!!I really enjoy Ramen, despite the fact it was a major food group during my 4yrs at MSC. The Ube & Sesame Halaya Ramen was featured on Instagram and of course we had to try it. The Ube & Sesame Halaya Ramen is brothless mildly spicy with a hint of sweetness. It's served with crispy chicken and garnished with thin strips of green onion. Soooo good!!! There are other awesome menu items and I can see we are about to eat our way through the Tenmomi menu. Love it Love it Love it ?

I hate to be negative about a local place like this. But for 18 dollars I’d expect more. The broth is good and rich, the noodles are also good. And it’s ready quick. On the bad side there’s 2 paper thin slices of pork on this, half an ounce of meat if you’re lucky. And the menu lists seasonal vegetables but as you can see besides some scallion there’s no vegetables in here.Want to like it but it doesn’t add up to the high price it costs.

Ordered dinner from this ghost kitchen. Delivery was about 25 from the time we ordered. The soups were warm not hotThe noodles were very Al dente! The broth had a good tasty flavor but my egg in the soup was cold inside. So not sure we we received left over but not worth $18 per soup for the small portions. The bao buns were decent and the chicken kaarage was crispy. a tasty sauce on top with a small piece of cabbage and slice cucumber but nothing out of this world.Disappointing as my husband finished his meal and was still hungry.I on the other hand do not care for hard noodles or lukewarm soup. Can’t give more starsFor atmosphere because it’s only take out or delivery.
