HORRIBLE AVOID THIS PLACE GO TO BK OR DIFFERENT WENDYS. I spent over 30$ tonight and spend 60 or more a week for my family at this Wendy's. The kid taking the order is awesome The lady who handed me my food at the window was so rude that they lost my business until I hear she's not there anymore. I understand people go through different things but that was disgusting customer service, so rude. I was there at 7:02 p.m. roughly. Not going to describe her, but could not see anyone but her through the window.

The burger is so dry, it’s almost sausage instead of burger. The manager was just talking with the other coworkers over the order taker which seemed overwhelmed. Definitely not a good place to eat at night .

Buy one get one free Dave’s single for $6.39. Got two plain burgers with nothing on them when I simply asked for no cheese. Should’ve checked the bag before I drive home . Why in the world would anyone order plain burgers dry with nothing on them for $6.39 ? Why is it so hard to simply get what you order.

The customer service of this establishment is piss poor. From missing items to rude treatment from staff, it is highly advisable to entirely avoid this location if at all possible. Find somewhere else to go as there are more than plenty of other places to receive better food from in a more accurate manner and with better service that does not leave you with a blood pressure that could stand to give one a stroke.
