I'd been coming here for years then stopped during covid. When I came back recently, the staff remembered me and was very friendly and thankful to see me. That's the kind of service that I prefer over the way too many new, overpriced fancy restaurants in town. It's low key, which I also prefer. The food is very good - my favorite is the mango tango roll.

Excellent sushi but please stop lying about pick up times on the phone. Told 40 minutes and had to wait 20 in store. Multiple times now it’s not ready and over 10 minute wait.

Super kind and respectful! I have a sesame allergy and they made sure to omit it from my order. Gave me green tea while I waited inside for my order to be ready. My fiancé and I ordered takeout from Yamada. The wait time was 40 min on a weekend night, which was fine for us. We ordered a spicy California roll, shrimp tempura roll, and sweet potato. They gave us a miso soup for free which was nice of them! However when we started our meal we saw that the majority of the rolls were breaking apart so fast and it was hard to eat them without using a fork to scoop up the roll.
