Walked in, 5 people laughing and talking. I was the only one in the store waited at the cashier for a couple minutes. I then get a sausage egg and cheese. Took them approximately 8 minutes , then asked for salt pepper ketchup and they proceed to tell me it’s by the front and I told the women , it is not their if she can get some or just throw it on for me, and nothing. Total of 15 minutes grabbing a sausage egg and cheese.Won’t be coming back here.Get your workers in check.

Given wrong order. I should’ve checked my order before leaving. 2nd time this has happened. I was given a drive through order when I ordered inside. Again, I should’ve checked my order. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this Dunkin’ branch anymore.

Seems unorganized. They had to ask what we ordered. I figured they would have it on their screen. They only give 5 pieces for their 6pc hashbrowns. It didn't really matter though since they were the worst hashbrowns from any Dunkin I've been too. Usually at other locations their hashbrowns are great.

This place is the absolute worse I go to dunkin almost everyday and everytime I go to this one they 98% of the time do a horrible job. The coffees always taste wrong, there is always missing stuff. I live like 2 blocks away but now I drive an extra mile to avoid this place and I have Givin it many tries throughout the years but seems like this is the only chain that cannot get a competent manager or employees that know how to work. Today they had me waiting for about 10 minutes at the drive through window just for hashbrowns and when they finally got it for me I asked for napkins they gave me ketchup then when I said no I need tissues or napkins they had me waiting for another 3 or 4 minutes cause they didn't have right there so I lost my patience and just left. I am completely done with this place.

Literally disgusting the girl at the window had the worst attitude. She hand us our food i proceeded nicely to ask about my water bottle and she said “ you have to wait i only have to hands “ for 1 i wasn’t in a rush and 2 if she doesn’t like her job she needs to quit even the other employee mouthed to her she didn’t have to answer like that ! Disgusting never going back I’ve been a Dunkin costumer forever never had an issue!

I usually stop for coffee before work at night between 8:30-9pm. I cannot tell you how depressing the guy sounds when he takes your order through the drive thru. He is so miserable I actually feel bad because you can tell how much he hates his job. Thats not even the problem. I swear every time I order coffee at night out of desperation to stay up at work, my coffee tastes horrendous as if they watered it down when I ask for black or when I ask for milk and basically get a cup full of iced milk. Seems the workers are too lazy to make a fresh pot since its close to closing time perhaps. I had to throw it out the last time. Do not even waste your time and money.

I think they have been getting new staff because there are some days you see 3+ people and it's a bit slow. But still my go to spot :)
