I went on Sunday around 7pm. The fries was so greasy and the chick tasted so bad and greasy. Even my daughter 6 years old tasted and spit it out and said it's so bad.

Never ever again. The “manager” was so rude & disrespectful. He completely ignored us as we stood there waiting to be attended for 10 min. After asking him if he can take our order, he said no because he’s only focusing on the drive thru. This must be a joke. The “manager” then screamed at the employees because we asked for information. He should be re-trained or completely let go of the company.

I ordered twice for the chicken nuggets 5pc free, first time didn’t go through telling me it’s only online.. LAST NIGHT I ORDERED THROUGH THE APP AND AGAIN I DIDNT GET MY FREE NUGGETS! Do I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER?

This use to be my favorite KFC to order from. I would even take the drive just to come living across town until TODAY. Came around 2 for my son and I favorites after school to have the person taking our order with an attitude the entire time. No manners or education what’s so ever. It was so bad we heard it through the speaker: imagine my 8 year old son noticed. So when I asked if he was okay because the way he was speaking made me not want to order. His response was THEN DONT ORDER! As I went inside to make a complain he was still over all rude and disrespectful! The supervisor apologized for his behalf and basically to excuse him because he is go figure a minor. I see apparently no one taught this child any respect or morals of life! Minor or not he should not be working in any public place with customers because THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF HOW TO LOSE CUSTOMERS because KFC just lost one and I’m 10000% sure there will be more. I have been to fast food place in what some you may call the “ghetto” and never experienced this. Highly disappointed!

It's a nice KFC restaurant, it's clean and organized, only issue is that they should add more outlets, I also like that they added the kiosk machines, which is very convenient to have for the customers...

Do not use this one in Saddlebrook, NJ. The store will give all excuses not to honor their marketing coupon. Went to Passaic instead, and they honored the coupon without question. NEVER use this store.KFC located in 503 Market St, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663

They make me wait 45 minutes cause they did not have fried chicken.when I get my order it was wrong they did not wanted to change. So I end up getting upset and taking the food home my kids did not wanted to eat it . Never again I going to that
