I ordered ahead on the app and paid extra for add ons that I didn’t receive. Overall the food is pretty decent. It doesn’t quite have as much flavor as Qdoba or chipotle. However, they do give free chips and salsa with entrees so that’s definitely a plus that I appreciate. The chips aren’t great but they’re made fresh with your order and are a worthy vessel for the salsa it comes with. I came here because of a promo and didn’t dislike it. I just wish I could have confidence in ordering ahead. Unless I get another good deal I don’t think I will seek this place out on its own as a first choice but it does get the job done for a burrito craving.

Nice place I know most people order there food and pick it up.5 people sat inside and dined in located in saddlebrook next to over pass and pleasure plus is directly across from it.My fiancé had the cookies she didn’t complain so I’m assuming it was a ok spot to go to.

I love Moe's. They have fresh food and an array of different Mexican food. It is fast food but you get to pick and see them prepare it.Parking: Disabled parking and regular parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. No steps at all.

Trust me I get it . Being short staffed sucks but don’t make your job harder by being rude and providing poor service . I asked for a Homewrecker for my mother in law simple option of protein Nothing else. I was asked for every single option and I simply asked to put whatever is in a homewrecker and the young man had no clue. He literally said “it’s whatever you want” , stale chips , mashed up pico just poor quality everything . If I can give zero star I would and I’m unable to provide a name of the employee just know it was a young kid .

I honestly walked out without ordering. Everything looked burned and like it had been sitting for awhile, the place was hot with no air conditioning and had a smell.

I love this restaurant. there is a guy I forgot to ask for his name. he has long hair and I think wear glasses. he takes so much pride at his work and makes the best wraps. knows about customer service and was very accommodating he even Gave me some extra chips! he should get a promotion

This place went down hill fast. Uninterested and poorly trained employees who do not aim to please. Place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Anybody who walks into the bathrooms is guaranteed to walk right out. If you come here with an appetite, you will lose it pretty quick. They will be out of business soon if they can’t improve on these issues.
