A guest for 2 nights, stayed here at recommended by company I was in town to work for.Ugh.Forgot my soup( there were 4 tables) I sat at the bar.After 45 minutes, brought my roast chicken, with no potatoes. Took dish back, reappeared in about half an hour with potatoes and vegetables.The chicken was not thoroughly cooked, the potatoes were a bit hard, and the chicken skin was not crispy ( as I expected)I was not charged and glad that was the case.Really a lack of professionalism and training is evident.No no and no.Absolutely not good.

The place is cool because it’s on the 12th floor and overlooks Jersey. But the service was spotty and what I had wasn’t that good. Had the steak quesadilla which I’m not sure how you mess up. Also had a manhattan no fruit was given. Service was slow. But the views are cool.

The Sky Restaurant and Lounge is a hidden gem! The views were spectacular - panoramic sunsets, Manhattan in the opposite direction, and even the morning commuters! The service was excellent. While a somewhat slim menu, everything we had - from pasta to hamburger to breakfast offerings, were not only delicious, but beautifully presented. When we visit the area again, we'd definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza, especially for the restaurant!

I had a great experience here! Pretty view of the nearby area at night. My food came out quickly, tasted great, and the service was excellent! I felt very well taken care of and will definitely eat here if I stay in the area again.

Hmmmm...I really don't know what to say about Sky. It's a bit pricy, lonely, and rather a sad place. The location is amazing, on the 12th floor of the Crowne Plaza in Saddle Brook NJ. There were beautiful views of the sunset and surrounding areas. The hotel touts that the bar has 2 televisions, (really nothing to brag about) but neither was on. The food is spectacular, I had two meals here. The salmon and the shrimp pasta. Both were well prepared, and beautifully presented. The service is marginal at best. Nobody is in the bar service area most of the time. I couldn't give a low rating due to the location and quality. But I couldn't give 5 stars either, due to the service and the depressing lack of other diners.

the place has incredible potential with it's great location and view if they would advertise it properly. could be a hotspot on weekend nights and should have a better menu but the food I did have was good. sky's the limit for this place no pun intended.
