I come to this Starbucks at least 4x a week but always do the drive thru. Today I went inside to get some work done and get out of the house as it has been a couple of tough days due to a family loss. One of the baristas saw me be a bit emotional & they brought me a cookie, it was so sweet. I love this Starbucks as it is but this little act of kindness made my day.

every time i come to this starbucks in saddle brook there’s either bad service or they mess up my drink. the employees there are very rude and my drinks always are made wrong. i’m very disappointed with this starbucks because i always go there because it’s the closest to me but i might as well go to Hackensack because they know how to do their jobs. this has to be the worst Starbucks i’ve been to, they are slow and incompetent.i don’t know who’s managing this location but their doing a horrible job.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in the state of New Jersey. Who the hell manages this Starbucks. Drive-Thru line doesn't move for at least 30 minutes until the next car can even order. Everytime I come, line is out the parking lot, then you see the line decrease as cars leave. Someone needs to put this Starbucks in check and let me mention that they over fill your coffee with milk ??♂️

Drinks sometimes don't come out the right way I'd like them to be, but most of the time it's pretty well made. Haven't had any problems with timing for mobile ordering here, they usually get it done on time. Solid service.
