Food was good in nice portions but could have used a little more seasoning for my taste. Atmosphere is a little outdated but comfortable. Service was very good. I will go back again.

They promote Memphis BBQ, so I tried it, please don't waste your time. It was dry overcooked, probably reheated too many times, tasteless and giving Memphis a bad name. If you want Memphis style BBQ better go to Memphis TN not Jersey.

My family loves this place. No frills and outdated decor and music but it adds to the charm and is cozy. Soups are always delicious. We especially love their German bean soup that they had during Oktoberfest. Chef, please have it more often! Sliced filet mignon with onions and mushrooms is my favorite entree. Finished with a slice of their homemade cheesecake. Place is affordable and we leave feeling happy.

Used to be better now adays a hit or miss. One visit med rare sizzling sirloin is served sizzling and well done. Next visit its warm and med rare. Manager or I think she is very nasty and not at all happy to be there. Bad customer service...

A great value for the portions, and the freshness of ingredients. The specials are numerous and change frequently. There's always something that your hungry for on the menu. Great on Tuesdays when they have jumbo shrimp, oysters and clams on ice...you pay per piece and they're much cheaper than anywhere else. The shrimp is velvety and sweet. Beers are fresh. You can get a hefeweizen or a polish beer. Family restaurant, cozy. Slightly outdated decor, could use better chairs, but its worth it for the food. The owner Stanislav comes out to make sure you have had a good meal, and he's always there... the waiters are attentive and efficient . This place is an uncut diamond and a bargain..Parking: Big private lot.

After waiting for 5 minutes the hostess comes and how many , I said one and she asked if I want to sit at the bar and I said I’d rather have a table and she said none was available when there must’ve been 8 tables open. 3 tables with 3 chairs. I said ok and walked out.
Really cool old school atmosphere very relaxing …. Love the food always fresh and tasty . When you go there for appetizer try calamari and/or Filet mignon steak on a toast and or stuffed mushrooms appetizers trust me amazing . AMAZING BBQ SAMPLER . And so much more … The stuff is also very nice highly recommended.

We have been going to the Golden Pub off and on for decades. There are some patrons there who go several days a week!One man we know every day and orders lunch takeout!It is a neighborhood family oriented place that is very warm and friendly and single people are welcome there too and dine alone in comfort.The chicken and ribs are smoked for I believe 10 hours or more and are very unique and tasty and there is a very good variety on the menu in daily blackboard specials to satisfy about every taste.The ribs were delicious yesterday with an ample salad and vegetables and today we went back for a wonderful broiled flounder and beef goulash over noodles.The place is decorated beautifully for Christmas now and very festive for holiday parties.Food is fresh and presented in an appealing fashion. Wait Staff is friendly, as is the owner Stosh who is hands-on with a lot of the cooking. The daily specials are good buys and a number of people we observed order the sizzling steaks and lobster tails.Luke is our go-to waiter but everybody is good who works there.REPapillonWheelchair accessibility: Offered to help a man enter with his wheelchair but he said he was fine. It was easily accessible.
Sweet hometown restaurant where you feel like family. Stopped by recently because we moved to south Jersey, just to say hello to the owner. Always enjoyed the meals, the atmosphere and the service was always good.
