Worst business that I have seen in 28 years. There timing are sucks and they don’t answer phone at all… mind it I called them more then 10 times on different days and no answer at all.. one day I order from online and they charged my card and when I went to pick up my order there were close and cleaning in side.. I asked the employee and he told me that my owner told us to close early and that’s about it… I seriously think that management should do something about it or else this business is sinking for sure..their pizzas are great and food is overall great but their employees need to learn about customer service..it’s 2024 so come on…So for the service I give them -10 star.

Worst experience ever eating chicken wings here. Wings were not cooked properly. I can smell raw meat. Also i did ordered Parmesan garlic with Ranch and i received regular wings without any sauce.

I wouldn't have even given 1 star to this place if I had the choice. My mom went to the bathroom and she informed me that the lock was broken and there was only a latch. That too wasn't secure since when you open the door, the latch still opens enough so you can see the person inside. I went to the other bathroom stall, the lock was ALSO BROKEN in this bathroom. One of the male workers walked in while I was on the toilet. It was so embarassing for me. First of all, there are no working locks in BOTH the bathrooms. Secondly, as worker if you are aware the locks don't work, SHOULDNT YOU KNOCK AND ENTER?? Third of all, why isnt there a sign outside the door stating to knock prior to entering as the locks don't work. This was a highly unpleasant experience for me and very embarassing. I will NEVER come back to this shop again nor recommend anyone to as well. I felt so embarassed due to your negligence.ON TOP OF THAT. the worker was discussing the incident of how he saw me in the bathroom in spanish to his other colleague in spanish thinking I wouldn't understand! Absolutely ridiculous!! I WILL ESCALATE THIS ISSUE!!

New people and pizza quality has gone down. Very soggy and no longer crispy. Chessey and sauce taste diluted. Scale of 1 to 10, now its 3 where it used be 9 in the past! New mgmt doesn't focus on quality then they will continue to loose loyal customers like me.

Don't ever buy pizza from here unless you like eating bad quality made food! The pizza here sucks. They used to be good many years ago but this place now is a robbery. They sell garbage pizzas to Indians and don't care about the quality! I always tell my family please avoid this Singas. I rather drive an extra 35 mins to East Windsor location because they make a true high quality Singas pizza. That owner is Indian and cares about quality unlike this location. Literally, the last time I ate pizza from this location was a month ago and as soon I saw it I was like oh no. It's from Singas in parlin. Throw it out.

I’m so upset with my favourite pizza place. It’s not the same test used to be lack of sauces and they burnt my crust too. It’s not the same pizza quality. So sad to say but I won’t be ordering anymore from this place.

Not sure if the ownership/franchisee has changed but very disappointed with this location lately. It’s not the same taste as before. Seems like they are trying to cut everything on the pizza. Not enough sauce, toppings and feels like you are just eating crust. Doesn’t feel it’s original Singas Famous Pizza.
I would never get pizza from this place. I got two different pizza from this place and they were awful. I called the store and they told me that they forgot to add salt in the dow. Since last few months, pizza quality has gone very bad.

I would give less if I could. Came in, employee lying down in booth. Same employee was later handling AND TOUCHING PIZZA WITH BARE HANDS!!! I said something to the cashier. She denied that they do it when I saw him do it my with my own eyes. Disgusting. Calling the health department on this.

Love this place for their uncommon items on their menu like Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza. My kids love all the pizzas served there. We go there on a weekly basis - (almost!) either to eat in or get take out food.

I don’t know what happened to my favorite pizza place . Ever since the owners changed pizza quality has gone bad. We ordered 7 pizza and out of that 2 were heavily burnt and not edible . I called the store and the manager asked me to send pictures. I did as he asked then he asked to send picture for all . I wasn’t looking to get any discount but just wanted them to know . Rather than excepting mistake the manager is asking for picture of all burnt pizzas , which was really annoying . I wouldn’t bother ordering here again.
