Really upset with this dunkin. I've been here a multitude of times already and something is always wrong with my order. The last two times, my sandwiches have been missing cheese and my coffee had a burnt taste. It's safe to say that I probably won't be coming back here ever again and that I'll go to a better Dunkin in the future.
These guys really need to listen to what you order. I got the wrong Coffee and donuts. Even after asking if the Coffee was Dark Roast because it didn't look right, I saw 3 people after me also complain about getting the wrong order. One guy ordered coffee only and they give him a bag of donuts and tried to charge him. He said he didn't order those and the guy fought about it with him. REALLY.... Just say "Sorry", fix the order and move on. Plenty of DD's within a few miles, skip...read full review
