I was craving something sweet and we passed by this ice cream spot. It’s super cute and the second I walked in it smelled like sweet vanilla heaven! I ended up getting a vanilla soft serve ice cream cone and my bf got the pineapple dole ice cream. Both were delicious!

They say they accept credit cards on their website and in google maps. They do not and severely ruined my evening and the service was rude. Do not bring your family here Gracie the dudes more like Gracie and frauds.

This review is coming from someone who is in the ice cream business. First off, the hours on the web and on the door do not reflect real store hours. They are open from 3 to 9, NOT 12 to 10.Second, the sizes are small as hell for the insane price. Where I work the small is the size of a regular at this place, and it’s the same price as the small here. Not to mention they are STINGY with the toppings. They only put the toppings on half of the ice cream, where I work, we put toppings all over. And it’s like a dollar extra. Where I work it’s only 75 cents extra for a sprinkle.Lastly, the customer service sucks. The only person working was the owner. He was rude and abrasive. I asked what topping options they had and he said, very rudely, “why don’t you tell me what you want and I’ll tell you.”The ice cream was fine. Nothing special, and I would recommend almost any other place, even a chain.Thank you. I hope Gracie and the dude’s homemade ice cream improves.

Who could have guessed that pistachio soft serve could be so yum??!! It comes out creamy and smooth on the edges. I definitely taste quality heavy cream. There's a lovely after taste that had me craving more. I like that it's not neon green food coloring.I had a sample of the Oreo as well. You first taste the subtle orea cookie. Then the inner filling of an Oreo. What an interesting experience on the palette. Grace said it's popular to swirl the 2 together. Maybe next time but I'm still obsessed with the pistachio soft serve.I read some reviews about pricing. Considering how clean and natural the taste is, the quality of the ingredients is top notch. The ice cream didn't upset my stomach like some others do. I'm glad to pay the price for the quality. It's exceptional.I'm already dreaming of that pistachio.On a side note, I normally don't comment about logos but I wish their logo was a little more simpler and cuter like their ice creams. There is a kind of disconnect between their logo and interior style. Just something that I would consider because their product is banging!!!Seo doesn't have icecream. Just a note.

This place is never open! Hours on door says they open at 12, I get there at 1230 and place is dark inside. Happened 6 times already!

It would be very helpful if the business had a sign on the front door to inform customers about “cash only” payment method instead of being rude and offend people.The owner should learn how to be respectful to all the people, EVAN the immigrants who visit and pay you for his nasty service.Never again!!!

This was great.There was a staffing issue the day we went so they had closed for a few hours when we left the beach for lunch.However!!! On our way out of town I saw the lights had come on and I had to give this place a try before I left.I parked the car and we made one last stop.Completely and absolutely worth it 1000%Family owned and operated for guaranteed deliciousness!
