Cinnamon buns were amazing! Sandwiches and wraps were delicious and huge portions. The staff is super friendly. Came out to my son and offered him a cookie which he loved! We will be backKid-friendliness: They were super sweet to my son.

Ok so I’ve had a lot of different cheesesteaks from all over the Tri-state area, and I am pleased to say that this place has by far the absolute BEST I’ve ever had! No exaggeration. Been going here for years now and they have stayed solid from the rip. Great food, great service, and very nice ladies behind the counter ??? Highly recommended!!!
EXCELLENT mushroom cheesesteak - probably the best on the island. Service was friendly. Lots of locals were there, which says a lot about this place. The place is my go-to for a steak sandwich.

Stopped in here for the first time and discovered one of the best breakfast sandwiches on the island !!! Awesomeness piled high with bacon , eggs and cheese sandwiched on a fresh bagel . Also had to try the sticky bun- super delicious. Can’t wait to come back next year and share this place with the family.

While the food may be good the customer service today was beyond rude. They actually took 6 bagels out of our hands because someone on the phone called and ordered them while we were there. FYI, no gloves are used when handling food and money.

We stumbled into this place by accident and let me tell you I’m so glad we did. We wanted a breakfast sandwich but didn’t want wawa - this place didn’t disappoint. The place is spotless and the employees are friendly and accommodating and the owner is on premise working alongside them. Our sandwiches were perfect- just like mom makes at home with lots of cheesy egg and the bagels toasted perfectly. We didn’t get hoagies but the person in front of us did and they were packed with meat (seeded rolls… need I say more?). If you’re in sea isle don’t miss this place for your breakfast sandwiches and ur beach food. Also, the cinnamon buns are to die for!!! Don’t miss this place you won’t wanna get your sandwiches anywhere else !!

Place is clean, restroom spotless, and every employee was friendly. We got bagel sandwiches that were perfect- just like mom makes at home!! Lots of egg, very cheesy and bagel perfectly toasted. This is our go to for beach food and breakfast sandwiches. Will definitely be a regular for life now!!

Coffee was okay, not as refined a coffee flavor but it was clean and not bitter or watery, its not a coffee shop so is what it is. My friend loved his bagel sandwich that had so much meat he took about half of it out the sandwich to bring home. The bun was very good.

Mrs. Brizzle's Buns has hands down best cinnamon buns in Sea Isle, and maybe the best we've ever had! My family and I have been going to Sea Isle for over 30 years and we have never had such good cinnamon buns. We highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome breakfast treat!

20 minutes for a simple sandwich, I didn't get it so I asked why? I'm assuming the older female behind the counter was the owner as she had a crappy attitude and sh--ty reply. I guess the money is better than the guest. I just left as there are too many other food places around.

OMG!! We love the cinnamon buns! The kitchen works so well that we had buns and sandwiches almost every day during our vacation here. My daughter dreams of the big sticky bun with cream cheese frosting! They do bacon right.
