Just picked up a bucket for two to share with my boyfriend for dinner and it was delicious! The bucket was a perfect portion for two with quality seafood that was cooked perfectly. The Ocean Crat special sauce on the seafood was amazing! Definitely one of the best seafood places on the island. 10/10 recommend for seafood takeout!

The food at Megu is at best, terrible. The seafood is not fresh, I would not even give it to my cat. The sauce they use in all of their dishes is watery and it tastes like it was seasoned by someone without taste buds. Any sort of fried rice, lomein, etc. comes with very very little portions of meat to the point is just noodles or rice. But the last food menu I would recommend are the poke bowls, they are overpriced especially for the amount of food you are given. You could give a 4 year old a bowl and they'd still be hungry. Overall was never satisfied with any of meals I got there and only had it for convenance of it being the only sushi in Sea Isle. I'd recommend ordering from somewhere else regardless of distance or wait time.

It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We took my father there for Father’s Day expecting to get amazing food great quality service and have a good time. It was everything but that. There was sushi advertised all over the place we were told that they do not sell sushi. Our server had on a shirt that said Mega Sushi and they also had five dollars off $20 or more sushi advertised on the table. We were told all they sell is seafood, but there was a family of another race sitting across from us, and they were eating steamed rice, broccoli, and different sorts of food. My father, then proceeded to order calamari calamari was so hard and rubbery he could not even pull it apart. It was insisted that we stay and try out the seafood we all decided to leave at that point we had only ordered five sodas and they tried to charge us almost $20. After looking over the bill and we told them something wasn’t right because why are we paying $20 for five sodas they came back with another bill that was only $15. I would never go back to this place again we made reservations to eat, seafood, and ended up going across the street to have pizza and subs because everything else was so packed.

This place did not disappoint! I got the snow crab legs in the Oceancrat sauce, gotta be the BEST seafood boil i’ve ever tried. Also got the chicken wings and fried shrimp basket and those were delicious as well. A must try if you’re near Sea Isle

What’s better than some quality, delicious seafood by the shore! They were out of corn but were kind enough to give us sausage as a replacement. It just opened up and is definitely worth the drive!

Walked by this place and saw they had just opened. Decided to give it a shot and I was super impressed by the quality of the food. Fresh and delicious seafood. I got a bucket with shrimp and clams in garlic butter sauce. My kids got the fried catfish basket and fried calamari. Everything was so good. Will definitely be back to try more!

Came here for lunch with a friend. I have been down in Sea Isle all summer and craving sushi. This did not disappoint! You are most likely coming here for sushi, but if you're not a sushi fan they have plenty of other Japanese items to order. We ordered the crazy salmon roll, the Manhattan roll, and the megu roll. We loved them all but my absolute favorite was the megu roll. Our waitress was great. To me, the price was high, but I guess sushi is expensive. I would absolutely come again.

Our waitress was just too precious. The sushi was tasty and just right if you are looking for well-made, fresh sushi rolls, but all dishes are a bit pricey, so thank goodness it is a BYO. You can eat in the dining area but it is dark and dated, so I'd recommend takeout since there are so many beautiful views in SIC where you could dine instead.

Food is good here but customer service is atrocious. I gave them a pass the first time I ordered off the menu I had picked up from the restaurant the same day and the cost was significantly higher on pick up ("You have to use the online menu" I was told). So today I ordered and paid online. No email or text receipt. No instructions on what time to pick up. Website kept saying "Preparing" so I called after 20 minutes to find out when to pick up. "Oh, your order is ready". Me: "How am I supposed to know when to pick up my order when you send me no confirmation and no information?" Them: "I don't know". I guess it's a good thing for them that they're the only sushi game on the island.

We ordered from here a couple times during the month of July (peak season at the shore). The fish quality was a 7/10. We ordered about 10 different rolls and I guess there sushi chef isn't the greatest at making them as the rolls fell apart easily. Still a good experience overall. I would have given four stars had the sushi rolls not fell apart so easily and perhaps is the fish quality was an 8/10 or better. Would definitely order again though
