Their Seaside Tony is the sandwich to get, if you're there for the night, weekend, or live there( especially live there). All the locals order it. Service is excellent. I used to go there when I was a kid. And it's the same owner. The only time I go there now is when I'm in town. I've been critiquing food for the past twenty years and Steaks unlimited is by far the best Cheese steaks in the tri state area, which includes Philly. (In my opinion) atmosphere, is a down home shake shop. Very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended before you walk up to the Beach Comber

This place is a landmark they invented the cheesesteak in that bun type bread with the cheese balls. But I found out they don't make the cheese balls fresh. They get a specific processed brand from restaurant depot. But it's Definitely something to try once.

I had one of their cheese steaks for the 1st time this week; a cheese steak with fried onions, mushrooms, provolone and mayo. Overall was very good. Roll was a little different than usual. Kind of remineded me a of a thin stomboli bread. Meat was flavorful and plentiful. However mushrooms were canned and tasted like cardboard. I spoke to the owner regarding this. Apparantly fresh mushroom are too expensive. No comment. Service: Didnt get a name. Older spanish guy cooking and only one working at time. Very nice and service was good. Good cheese steak overall.. i would definately return.

They have so much clients that is very hard for the staff they have handled it,they should hire more people for the night time,Friday night it was around 50 people every 20 minutes and the food doesn't taste the best.

If you're looking for a tradition. For a steak sandwich from down the shore and from seaside there's nowhere else to go but here.
The buns totally ruined the cheese steak it was almost like pita bread the counter help was not to friendly yes were not satisfied.

Food was cooked quickly! Prices were reasonable and food taste great. We ate outside and enjoyed the music from the broad walk.

Best cheesesteaks in NJ hands down. I soaked all over the state and have had it from everywhere and you won’t beat cheesesteak and cheese balls here.

I trekked here today with my 12-year-old son from the beach. He had the original and I had the one with cheeseballs inside it. both were delicious! huge sandwich. probably didn't need the sides of fries but the cheese balls are really flavorful . also the fresh lemonade was great and prepared fresh. Definitely worth it to step off the boardwalk and hit up this local place.
