Our server Alex was beyond amazing. However the rest of the staff completely dropped the ball. The place was extremely busy and no one helped him besides the the busers. Alex was working almost an entire section completely by himself. When we went to cash out the manager took the tip we had left for Alex and didn't give it to him until one of us said something. Alex did an amazing job.

I went to Chili’s at the Secaucus location, I took my niece out for dinner. She wanted to try chillis for the first time. I was met with a young lady name jasmine or jazz who was very Drunk(I’m guessing because it’s the Super Bowl night)She introduced herself and ask us what we will be drinking, we placed our orders and waited patiently for her to return with our drinks NothingAlmost 35 minutes or more came and still nothing so I ask this young lady who was super nice if she can help and she took care of us.The other young lady was very respectful and take care of us.Then another young couple came in to the table next to us and jasmine or jazz took their orders and came right back with their drinks and meals with no problem. I don’t know if it was because she was drink or because of what I am which is black. Whatever it was you ruined my night with my family and chillis should fire someone as you because you bring shame to a great place.The other young lady thank you for the hospitality you really welcomed my family I appreciate you good job.
So, my family of three made our way to this Chili's location and we enjoyed it: I want to begin by simply stating that the atmosphere at this Chili's was comfy and spacious! It was clean, and I love the fact that the floor is not carpeted! There are other eateries with carpeting and sometimes the indoor smell is not so fresh. This Chili's was airy and just very homie. The service? On this particular day it was working efficiently. I observed greetings, smiles, and the servers at the other tables were simply on point with refills. Just a great vibe all-the-way-around!Our server was the most efficient, available to refill our drinks without being asked. His initiative and attention was superb! Great personality too!About the food: My wife and I ordered the "Three for Me" special. ($10.99 each) I ordered a salad and the "Old-Timer" burger with fries. Our daughter had pizza, fries, and a molten chocolate cake. The food was all fresh and delicious! My burger was so good! Loved the mustard on it! There are plenty of Chili's locations but this one is managed well.Parking: Lots of parking available. Not a problem at all.
Never had a bad experience here. My friends and I have been coming for years since we went to high school up until now. The food is always great and priced amazing. That 3 for me always hits! The service is also great. Rick, one of the servers there, never fails to provide amazing customer service and always remembers my friends and I and greets us even when we’re not at his tables. Overall, this location has always been a great experience and never fails to satisfy.
