I order a chicken bowl the rice was oily and cold and chicken was also cold , I went to ask for manager the guy say I am the manager so I tell him my food was cold and the rice was oily , he didn’t even offer to replace my food not happy at all

Need to fire that old lady that works there that thinks her eyebrows are on feel there not. Her proportions that she put on my bowl and my brothers bowl was the amount I put for my baby brother. I asked if she can put a little more and she tells me that is enough unless you are getting double. My sister got a burrito and the other wrapped it like it was a Afghanistani homemade komballaa. What is this.

This is my second time visiting the place, since it is the closest to my house. But I have noticed the following, the staff at 6:00 PMMainly a white lady, with an unpleasant attitude. The client pays for what he is going to consume and the lady gets upset or does not add the extra that one asks for more, since she serves less than the normal portion that they always serve in restaurants. chipotle taking into account that they are known for serving a reasonable portion.

Charging extra for PAPER BAGS without permission. The employee DID NOT even ask upfront. You SHOULD have at least a sign in the store. In addition, charging extra for PAPER BAGS is ridiculous. I understand the charge for PLASTIC BAGS for environmental reasons, but for PAPER? These paper bags only cost 1 to 1.2 cents and charging ten times to customers??!!! Absolute rip off!!! Companies are making excuses over the law to make extra income out of these bags!!

Not worth it and probably won't be unless they increase their quality or decrease their prices.Kid-friendliness: There are cheap and decently sized meals for children here. Only about 6 dollars and well balanced nutritionally as well.Wheelchair accessibility: You can take a wheel chair here and there are tables where wheel chairs can pull up to and eat.

The individual in question appears to be lacking in effective communication skills with customers, as evidenced by their failure to provide adequate responses. Furthermore, they have provided multiple instances of inaccurate information. It is imperative that we address this issue in order to uphold the standards of professionalism and quality that are expected of us.

Told the lady I wanted everything besides the two sauces and literally gives me avacado. I didn’t see because I was paying but I got home and came to find out half the bowl is missing and charged more than what I asked for. Be warned, I don’t know her name but she’s clueless and doesn’t listen. So in a rush she misses what you say. Smh.

Terrible experience - I ordered a burrito and the waitress went to the kitchen to put the rice back and with her bad-tempered face she gave me the burrito to take away but something told me that I should try it there and the rice was raw and hard and when I came back to the counter and I told him he wanted to argue with me, I told him to give me back the money for the $16, he only gave me back €8, if they don't like you, then this is what happens... the one who served me was a chubby brunette, hours from today to 2:20 p.m.
