Convenient location but only 1 person working. Takes 10-15 minutes to get a coffee.Parking: Located inside train station, paid parking available outside $30 for 12 hours.

Doesn’t take DD Apps, app credit don’t mean a thing.More expensive than Newark Penn Station/ Hoboken Terminal. Airport Prices.Counter person too impatient so he presses buttons on credit card machine to approve while lady in front of me had her card in it.Takes advantage of being only fast food place inside train station.

To begin with I'm not really a coffee drinker but sometimes I like a breakfast sandwich and I've been passing by this station and every single time there's an issue . Either they over spill the coffee and the cup is sticky , get the wrong sandwich. Everyday something different and the servers are very slow and not friendly at all .. this morning I asked if they put whipped cream in my coffee and they said yes while I sat there and watched them close the cup with none .. just poor management.

I asked for 25 munchkins, half chocolate and half glazed. When I came home, they gave me 23 munchkins, 10 chocolate and 13 OLD FASHIONED! The munchkins were stale… The cashier always does not know what he is doing and is not the brightest… I will never go back!

Great dunkin location! It gets really really busy here and you had one young girl working so hard to get everything done. The coffee and breakfast was great

If you ever want to experience the worst that Dunkin Donuts has to offer come to the one at Secaucus Junction. The only reason they are still in business is because it is the only place in the place that sells food. They always say their Dunkin app machine is down. Then today they are only serving Coffee and donuts, NOTHING ELSE. No explanation why. Their customer service skills are non-existent. The seats and tables are always filthy. They are overpriced and the coffee SUCKS! So if you're ever in the mood to punish yourself and experience the worst Dunkin Donuts ever, this is the place!

Ok for a Dunkin Donuts. The kid at the counter gave me a coffee with a tea bag and couldn't understand the mistake he made.Parking: Terrible and extremely expensive parking at the station.

Terrible experience. I went yesterday around 9 am to buy a coffee and a donut and the cashier was rude to me. When I was going to pay, I handed over a gift card from her company and she told me in a rude tone that I had to pay with cash or card, and I asked her why and she told me that she didn't have to explain anything, that I simply had to use another way of payment. I told the cashier that they had to put a sign that said Donkin Donuts gift cards were not received and she spoke to me in a defiant and nasty tone. If they don't receive the gift cards, why do they sell them then? I will never return to this place.

This Dunkin, located in the Secaucus Junction Train Station, has one good thing going for it. It has a most convenient location, being conducive for commuter sales in the early part of the day. If you want just coffee and maybe a donut, it's okay. However, there are numerous drawbacks. The menu is limited, the prices exorbitant, even by transit hub standards, the products can be stale by the time you get there in late afternoon, it's not open for the night travellers, and, unlike its counterpart in Hoboken, this location does not participate in the Dunkin Rewards program, which is major no no for customers. The service can be a bit shoddy as well. All in all too many negatives that outweigh what should a good thing for commuters

This place is the worst! They are very racist. I came in to get food and a drink . While I was ordering the cashier a woman looked at me in disgust and was very disrespectful. Her manager was the there and he was laughing at her being rude to me. Its very sad that in 2023 a black woman can not order breakfast in peace without experiencing hate.
