They got my pizza order wrong and gave me the incorrect beverage.

This place is unbelievably terrible at filling an entire order correctly. Food is fine when you get what you order which is almost never. I only order when my wife wants something from here. Tonight was the last time they ruin my dinner. Absolutely disgusted.

Just poor service, pizza?? I don't think so, it's cracker bread with sauce !!!!! I don't know if they are hiring a pizza cook but they should

I was in the mood to go out for dinner tonight. I haven't been here in a long time but remembered how good it was. So, I asked my son, his girlfriend and my sister if they wanted to go. We arrived at 4:00 and were the only people eating in. We placed our order for apps. and main meals. After about half an hour we received our apps. While we were waiting for our main meals, other customers came in to pick up their orders. Most of them waited over half an hour for their orders! We finally received our salads and they were undressed! We had to ask for dressing. Our main dishes arrived and we had to ask for grated cheese! The waitress was too busy trying to get the to go orders to be attentive to us. The woman at the front desk did nothing but berate our waitress loud enough for us to hear. I don't know who was in charge but that behavior should not be allowed. I could go on but I don't want to make this too long. To conclude, we didn't get out of there until almost 6:30. No apologies for the wait and no goodbye or have a nice night! Now I know why we were the only ones eating in. Used to be packed on the weekends, not any more!

Pizza was ok but the prices are a little steep for what they offer. Clean and inviting.

Good food but I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed this but when I got my delivery the man seemed like he was on drugs I've had the same person deliver it a few times and he always seems to be in the same clothes and just out of it I don't know how they can have someone like this working in their establishment and on occasion he'd have somebody in the car with him look like a straight-up Junkie

Not fancy, but good coal fired pizza. I had the margharita. My partner had the Campagnia with sundried tomotoes and prosciutto. Need to go back to try aome of their Italian dishes.....

My family and I order at least once a we from I'll Forno. We usually order mussels with our pizza the last 3 times they where over cooked and we had to send them back. Tonight we ordered a sausage pizza and a medium margarita pizza. The sausage pie was fine but the margarita pie was missing the basil. How can you serve a margarita pie without basil. I think it's time to find a new pizza place.

Best eggplant parm and best sauce ever!!!!!!!

Honestly most boring chicken broccoli pizza I've ever tasted. Steamed broccoli on a pizza.

I don't understand the low ratings for Il Forno's. I honestly believe they're the best Pizzeria we have here in Secaucus. For reference, my local go to used to be Natoli's; but ever since trying Il Forno's for the first time, I think they outrank them. I know that plaza pizza and Mia Cucina doesn't even compare. What I admire the most about their pizza is that their crust actually has a crispyness to it. Plus the people their very pleasant in my book.
