Disappointed with service received on a Monday night. The service is non existent and seems understaffed. No communication, no manager present (because we were told they were in the kitchen cooking the food), and server goes missing and we have to try and search for someone to assist, they say “okay” and disappear. We cancelled the food after 1 hour. And it took another 30 mins to get a revised check. Something needs to be done because this is unacceptable. TERRIBLE.

I organized a party for my scuba club here and we had 45 people. Ashley, the manager helped me through organizing it from beginning to end and it was a great party with plenty of room and plenty of food and it cist so much less than the other nearby options.

Overall a pretty average experience!! Place seems understaffed and they did their best to serve us! The fries and sides were great! Burgers left a bit to be desired! My banzai burger was a bit overcooked.

The service was terrible, the waiter “lost” our order and came back to notify us 30 minutes later… I'm never coming back. Super unprofessional.
Server walked by many times without checking on us or refilling drinks. I asked for catch-up, waited forever until I finally went to grab off of another table. Every ketchup bottle from every table was empty. Had to ask the hostess to bring our refills and our check, which she just relayed the message to our server who still did absolutely nothing. It's not like she was Busy, she only had four tables altogether. It's sad how much service has declined. Also, the burgers are not what they used to be. I ordered a double burger which was still smaller than a junior burger from Wendy's. I used to enjoy red Robin, but it looks like this will be my last time, at least at this location

Imagine going to get food after work, going to Red robin… ordering a well done burger… along with experiencieng terrible service, you get served this …. And you are so hungry, that you actually bite into it … Absolutely disgusting…. I am still sick ?

This has by far been the worst experience in ANY establishment.There was no heat on a rainy and cold night, we all ate in our coats, some even in hats.The establishment was empty besides my family, which honestly should’ve been our sign that we shouldn’t eat here.After an hour of waiting for our food to come out, our waiter then informs us that he never put in the order.Truly would NEVER recommend this location.
