I came in at 6:40pm after ordering in the app , I didn't realize I ordered at another location and came to this one instead. after explaining the mistake ON MY END the staff was more than friendly and did everything in their hands so I got my order either way. needless to say I am beyond happy and my experience was great! there were 3 workers (2 ladies) (1 gentleman) in total and each one did a great job. I hope the GM sees this and sees the great personnel they have!

They have ruined my order multiple times, requested a bag whole bean coffee pick up and I requested the semi fine grind and they messed it up by grinding it fine which is good for a espresso machine, the whole bag of coffee is a waste for me as I use a drip coffee machine.
5⭐️’s for Kamila’s Java Chip Frappuccino & Chocolate Cream cold brew with whole milk.! Finally the right amount of milk in the cold brew and some comedy of errors..!

Can't get the order right ....I ordered ahead and received the wrong item..went back in to request my actual order and then she proceeded to make other people's beverages and then after reminding her, she proceeded to make the drink wrong (single shot as opposed to a double in my grande). Since I already wasted so much time, I don't have the luxury to waste any more...how do I get a refund?
