I do not recommend this place at all! No other words to describe the food or bubble tea. I just can't describe or explain it. I was so excited to try the food and bubble tea because of a few recommendations, but I was very very disappointed and will not be returning at all to any of the locations.

Best Korean fried chicken with no bones and skins. I added bubble tea with popping juice balls! Had fun till all bubble tea gone!

A variety order of entree, side, and drinks. Everything was stuffed into one stapled brown bag and we ended up spilling a drink because it was too heavy and the bag ripped in half. Need some common sense there from the employees. I'm somewhat glad I didn't have to drink one because the other drinks gave a good sense of how bad the other one would've been. Made with flavored powder it would've done better with flavored ice cream. This place tries a little too hard, putting 2-3 garnishes on everything. It feels like this place is going through an identity crisis trying to be a fusion spot. The ranch chicken was clearly made with the honey soy so it was way sweeter than supposed to be and comes off as lazy. (Just stick to waffles with fruit topping and you'll be fine)

This is only a review for their drinks. If you're looking for bubble tea expect to be disappointed. The drinks do not contain actual tea. They offer non dairy drinks with whip as well as frozen slushie and shaken tea. I get that the concept of the colorful drinks is to make it look IG worthy, however the drink does not taste good at all. I ordered the watermelon bubble tea with mixed fruit jelly and it was all sugar and artificial flavoring. The topping was also an additional charge. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Chicken is good. Sauces are good. But prices on menu board are not updated. And it's confusing and considerably higher. Last time I went it was near closing time and chicken wasn't freshly cooked. It had been fried earlier and reheated so that was frustrating. Do something well and consistently seems to be an oxymoron in 2023.
