I ordered take out with a coupon for $15 off “No Strings Attached” and called to confirm it would be applicable. Apparently, a string was missing. I was told I would not be able to use the coupon that was sent to my email in which this business specifically sent me for being on their mailing list since the day it opened because it was not PRINTED out. Is this 2024? You sent me the coupon and now you won’t let me use it. Terrible way to handle business. I’ll never eat here again. See my yelp review for even more about what happened to me. BUYER BEWARE. Inflates prices from their online menu as well. Sorry Marinos my family loved your catering that we also would buy multiple times a year. See ya!PS. When the printer comes we’ll come get the food.

Waited almost 2 hours and all we received was an appetizer and bread and water. The food finally came out and it was cold. We got up and left the entirety of our $100 gift card for the waiter. Won't be going back. Wish I could give less than one

Had a baby shower at the Bistro, food is very good. Server's are great! Atmosphere, eh...but it was a shower.

The food was amazing. The atmosphere has become a little snooty with the bar and high top tables. Very sad to see that it is no longer BYOB.

Terrible. I work in the service industry so I never write bad reviews but I needed to share my experience at Bistro DiMarino. We had reservations for 7pm and weren’t seated until 7:45pm, next to boxes in the corner as well. Apps were just okay but the mains were bad. First of all, the kitchen got one of dishes wrong and they had to go back to the kitchen and took 10 minutes for the rest of the mains to come out, so we only had one served for the time. Then when the rest came, another was wrong, it was the Gorgonzola gnocchi instead of cacio e pepe. Which could be really bad because the Gorgonzola gnocchi has pine nuts and one of our guests has a severe nut allergy. Then the chicken dish was extremely rubbery and chewy, which is what I should’ve guessed because the plate was scorching hot, so who knows how long it sat under the heat lamp. The only good thing about the night was our server, he was the only employee with good hospitality and service. Meanwhile, the manager sat on his phone for hours not doing a thing. It’s a shame because we came here years ago and it was so quaint and food was excellent but now it’s totally changed. Will never be back.

Jackson, our server, is the only reason this is not a 0. He was incredible & very kind.We had a 7pm reservation. We did not get seated until 7:30pm & the table was not set and there was food on the floor. I went up to the bar to get drinks while we were waiting for our table. They were out of passion fruit for the whiskey sour but overall the drinks were fine. Appetizers came out fine. Entrees were…not great. Chicken & shrimp were over cooked, you could tell it had been sitting under the warmer for a while. Second dish that came out was incorrect. Waited a while for the other 3 dishes to come out. When they arrived, the gnocchi misto entree arrived cold & completely wrong. Ordered Stefano, eggplant, & caccio e pepe. What came out was 6 pieces of regular tomato, 6 pieces of stefano, & 6 pieces of Gorgonzola. Definitely appetizer sized & totally wrong. The Gorgonzola is listed to have pine nuts & we have a nut allergy. Thank god someone without the allergy tried it first & realized it was not the correct order before the person with the nut allergy took a bite. Jackson was so kind & got us fresh gnocchis after we told him it was incorrect. He showed us what he had wrung in & it was all correct, it was the kitchen that had gotten it wrong (twice now). Overall, the quality of this restaurant has gone way down. Used to be one of our favorites but now with the wait (even with a reservation), the quality of food going down, & the kitchen errors (that could’ve caused my husband to go into anaphylaxis), we probably won’t be returning for a long time.

Incredible wait, but I think they were short staffed. Took about 20 minutes to get my mocktail. I got the special which was overpriced, second rate beef soaked in cream sauce with a whopping 5 shrimp and very aldente flat noodles. My wife got the eggplant nono in red sauce. The sauce was delicioso. At least I can take this place off my list. The bill for two with no appetizers and no dessert was $75. My fault for not asking the price of the special...

We had a very bad experience here. Had a 630 reservation for six people. One of the couples were sick so when we arrived, there were only four of us. It was so crowded with people standing all around, waiting to be seated. We saw the table for six set up but they wouldn’t seat us there and said they had to wait for six people to be seated there since we were only four. Next thing we know we see four people sitting at the table for six. That was OK. We just stood waiting patiently to be seated. When we finally sat after waiting almost a half hour the general manager named Chris came to our table and accused us of lying about our name in order to get seated. He was very rude and insulting. First of all, we never lied about our name to get seated. When I arrived, I gave my name who I made the reservation under, and had no idea what he was talking about. We told him to check with one of his staff people who lied to him, saying that we gave a different name to be seated. This made no sense entirely when we stood and waited a half hour before we even got a table and definitely not giving someone else’s name. We will never come back here again, because no general manager who has any good working skills would’ve ever come up to us with such an insulting accusation. He has a lot to learn about being a general manager. There are many other restaurants to go who have delicious food and certainly we won’t be returning to this one. He came back a while later, asking how everything was, but never once apologized.

Bistro Di Marino's Washington Township outpost is located in the Acme shopping center, right down the street from my childhood home, so I am familiar with the space. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the interior has been refreshed since my childhood either, as the chairs were wobbly and the space as a whole seemed to need some livening up. I had visited their OG location probably about 10 years ago now at this point, so I was vaguely familiar with their brand walking in for dinner. We didn't have a reservation and were seated right away, which was nice. They are known for their gnocchi and have expanded their gnocchi offerings over the years, so both my mom and I ordered the gnocchi misto, which is essentially a flight of three different gnocchi varieties. Some of them are pre-made, so if there's an offending ingredient (ie, mushrooms in the baked, caramelized onions in the short rib), they cannot be removed. I've had plenty of gnocchi over the years growing up in an Italian household and these were very different than any others I've had in the past. They were...mushy? As if they were overcooked. They just had a really strange texture, it's hard to describe it. Some were made better by the sauces - I liked the black pepper and also the pomodoro. The pesto was a bit too strong for me. We did make mention of it to one of the folks who checked in on us, and his response was, "Well, they are gnocchi." I also wasn't a huge fan of their caesar salad's dressing. It is a huge portion, which is nice, as that makes it easy to share. My favorite parts of the dinner were the app and dessert. We ordered the fried burrata to start, which was so, so good. I'd go back just for that. It's their play on mozzarella sticks and it's just tasty and well done. We also each ordered the limoncello cake ($11) for dessert. While pricy for what you get, the flavor was incredible. Service was pleasant but slow. It took quite a while for our gnocchi to arrive after our app/salad, and some of them were lukewarm. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to return, but it's a decent option for Italian in my hometown.

Service was excellent but the food was awful! I ordered one of the chefs specials. It was a pasta dish with clams, muscles, calamari, shrimp, and scallops with a saffron sauce. The taste of the clams and muscles were so overpowering that the entire dish tasted like old fish. It was so horrible that I went home feeling sick! This is the third time that I've been there and not once has it been a good dish. It's always so busy in there that I feel like I'm missing something, but not tonight. Just horrible and I will not be going back ever again. The only saving grace at this restaurant is the gnocchi. They are very good, but they are the only good thing that I have ever had at this restaurant.

Visited the location in sewell. Our server was extremely pleasant and friendly. We had the calamari with hot peppers very good.Veal Gianna, small portion, very little crab meat. Rather disappointed. Veal was tenderMy wife had the 14oz ribeye. It was tough, and poorly seasoned. She ordered med. Rare, and steak was overcooked. We each had a dessert which was good. But the entrees were just average, nothing to make a person say, I can't wait to go back and get the......you get the picture.Service 5/5Dinner 2/5Dessert 5/5.....who doesn't like chocolate!

Dinner with friends was lovely; ample seating and attentive server brought out fresh bread and olive oil/pesto dipping sauce. Entrees included gnocchi which was amazing and Marcela. Everyone enjoyed meals.

Overall, I thought it was nice. Great date night!!It took way too long for our server to come over (20+ Min). We didn't even have water, but someone did bring bread. The food was good and plentiful. My wife expected the Penne Vodka to be more spicy, but i thought it was good. Meatballs were great. The inside was nice, but a little odd. Overall very clean but the switch plates were messy and some areas were missing paint. not that noticeable.the side wall was all decorated, but almost nothing on the other walls for some reason?Would recommend for sure. Especially for a date night!!!
