Love this place. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Not to mention the food is amazing. I got the pork roll egg and cheese and breakfast potatoes. These potatoes are seasoned so well. Check out the pictures! This place does not disappoint.

I stopped in for some lunch on a Friday early afternoon and was the only customer there. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It was prepared quickly and I found it to be pretty tasty, no complaints about the food. It did seem a tiny bit price, though, at $9 for a cold sandwich with no sides. There are a few small tables inside but the ambiance is, let's call it utilitarian. Melinda's won't be displacing, say, Starbucks, as a place I'd want to linger. There is no posted menu and I had to ask for one at the counter. I guess there is usually a stack of paper menus out, but it had been exhausted. The staff (Melinda?) was polite but not overly friendly. The staff was also maskless. So, based on my one sample, good food and efficient service, but maybe a tad pricey, and with minimal ambiance.

Their breakfast sandwiches, cheesesteaks and muffins are amazing!! Thats all I have tried, but it is all delicious. Melinda is amazing as well, such a sweet lady. Get the breakfast sandwich, you won't be disappointed.
