Not terrible but there are better sandwich places around and I was a little disappointed considering all the positive reviews - supposedly they use Sarcones rolls but they were not fresh and the rolls were HUGE - too much bread and not enough meat!

Absolutely, positively the best sandwiches you will find anywhere. They use the finest cold cuts, ingredients and bread available. What really ties everything together and makes it special is the owner and staff. There are a ton of sandwich shops around that fall way short of expectations, not this place!! Keep up the tremendous work.

Staff lied about their sauce ingredients. Rude employees yelling to "get out" of the store when caught lying and saying just eat at home. Also saying that you are making a big deal out of nothing. How could they lie about the ingredients saying that there is no meat in sauce used for an eggplant Parmesan sandwich. Unacceptable behavior and WORST customer service ever. 0

Unfortunately I chose Pal Joey's to order $100+ worth of hoagies for an Eagles football game and mostly all hoagies were throw away. The rolls were so stale when I got them home to cut in smaller pieces, but I had no time to complain due to leaving for the tailgate party. I guess when you're the early bird to order your hoagies you end up getting the left over rolls from days before. Very disappointed. Cashier girls were very nice and personable, and did their job very well. However, shame on the people making the hoagies, clearly knowing the rolls were uneatable!
