I work up the street and was told by the manager that on Tuesday the salads are half off. Well I just went on a Tuesday and didn’t know that they switched the day to Saturday. My salad was 11.99 which is reasonable but because I got a extra egg they added 2.99 and because I asked her to put half of the dressing mixed into the salad and half on the side for me to add she decided to charge me darn near 2 dollars (1.79) for that when if I asked for it all to be mixed in it would have been free. Way too expensive for a salad.

Been here multiple times and the service has always been outstanding! The employees and owners are very friendly and always greet customers. The environment is very clean and accommodating, and the food is always fresh. You could tell that the restaurant is well kept and maintained. I feel welcome every time I go, and the food never disappoints since the few years I’ve been eating here?!

After placing a delivery order from this salad works, we will never be coming back again. We have had multiple issues from this salad works location before, but we figured we’d give it one more chance. They were out of ingredients for one of our salads, the sauce for our quesadilla was missing, and the second salad was about half the size it normally would be and the toppings on it were very limited. Seeing that the responses from the business are the same “we’ll do better”, we will happily be providing our business to a different salad works.

Tried the app - ordered 2 salads and a soup - the order was missing a roll, the wrong soup and no utensils - I guess 50% right for an order is what to expect if you are not watching over the prep. Maybe if I left a bigger tip it would have been right.
I ordered a Sophie's salad with no chicken as I am a vegetarian. Of course I got chicken and no utensils! It says right on the receipt NO CHICKEN! Then when I called they put me on hold for 18 minutes. I am working and there went my lunch break! This is not the first time I had problems with this Salad works but I assure you it will be the last time. Very poorly managed.

I ordered a Bently with green goddess dressing mixed in. The employee put everything in piles and then ask me to say stop when it’s enough dressing. I asked her aren’t you going to mix it all up she proceeded to shake the container?!? SW has gone down hill now they give you cheap plastic containers. As you can see by the photo how I was presented my salad.

The negetive reviews on here are 100% accurate. The people working inside could care less that a customer arrived... just carried on with their conversation. Eventually another worker came out from the back and took my order (with out asking if its for here or to go). She builds my order in a flimsy (non-salad works standard) to go bowl, clearly not sturdy enough to hold the salad, let alone mix my ingredients. shes asking how much pasta I want (ive never heard that before, so clearly there's been issues with their rations innthe past)... as she's filling up most of the space with flimsy lettuce, I can tell straight away there will not be much room for and of the other day old ingredients in my "bakery" container, I asked if they mix the salad at this location, and she says "no, not really"... So I did an about face... no thank you. Ive been to salad works enough to reconize when franchises go off script. I recomentation this location... "no, not really"
