Terrible attitude from the young woman at the register. They ran out of donuts and I wanted a return bc their mobile ordering doesn't align with their inventory. She became rude and condescending when she couldn't scan my original mobile app payment for the return as if it was my fault. She then demanded the original physical card payment even though I have only paid dunkin through and app for years. I eventually just used an Amex card from my phone's digital wallet. Apparently I could have just received a return from any type of card physical or digital. I lost minutes of my life.

Some great employees work at this location. Then you also have other employees that can do better at customer service And not catch attitude when they mess up your order and you try to have them correct it.

I've come to this Dunkin' for years whenever I'd be on the island and it's been pretty bad every single time; nothing's changed. The employees consistently give you the wrong drink (ordered iced tea and was given iced coffee; ordered frozen hot chocolate and was given frozen coffee). I could understand if they were busy but it wasn't any of the times, or if they were training a new employee, but like I said this has been almost every single time. Their frozen drink machine has supposedly been down for weeks; don't they think maybe they should have someone come to service it considering they have several frozen drinks on their menu? Recently they started this thing where they ask you if they can "get you something to eat" or "start you with something to eat" with a varied spin every so often; like no not everyone wants food. Maybe this is why they're getting the drink orders wrong because they're not focusing. I'll only go here now if I'm desperately craving something on my way in to work because I'm just tired of the poor service.

Came here for my usual medium iced mocha coffee and it was made correctly. The last time I came here the music over the speaker was very loud. I think the employees were just trying to enjoy themselves as best as they can.

The employees here are very friendly! There is one in particular I'd like to shine a spotlight on. She is a young African American girl named Lena, with gorgeous curly hair, usually in a ponytail or two, who is always super sweet and gives great suggestions. She knows what she is doing at Dunkin Donuts! She needs a huge bonus and a raise. Keep up the great work and thank you for serving the community with a smile!

Went there on 9/21/22 and had two great grilled cheese sandwiches and iced cold brew coffees. The service by four different staff members over our two visits was very good and helpful.

This place is the worst! I have ordered breakfast sandwiches here many times, every time they are cold. Last visit I ordered at drive-thru ask for egg and cheese croissant toasted. Pulled to the window and in 12 seconds sandwich handed to me not toasted cheese not melted and cold. Donuts are terrible too. Last time for me, unfortunately I am here all summer!
