Wish I had seen the rating before I brought a dozen home. I do not write negative feedback generally, but these...were hockey pucks. I bought them for 7 hungry 18YO boys.....and I found one a day later perfectly "cream cheesed" with one bite taken.....in my recycling bin. At that point, I knew it wasn't about me being picky!! LOL

They make the best bagels. Every house guest I've had goes home wishes they had a Bagels-4-U near them. In fact, I just paid a ton of money to FedEx to ship a dozen to my niece in CA for her birthday because she loves them so much. I am now the best aunt ever. No other bagel shop in the area can compare.
This place use to be a nice place to go..Now it not being operated well now that Latin employees treat other race groups horrible my black friends continue to get stale bagels..and poor service, perhaps to stop them for coming its so embarrassing, and food not fresh anymore..horrible!
If anyone tries to say anything bad about the bagels here then I'll fight them. These are the BEST bagels - I've tried soooo many places in Northern NJ and this has been our family fav for years and years. Besides the obvious () - They're consistent, the workers are friendly, the iced coffee is *chefs kiss*. They actually put iced coffee cubes in the iced coffee so your drink never gets diluted. I also love their flavors! Now onto the bagels - they are without fail always thick, and the right combo of doughy and fluffy on the inside but with a very thin crispy outer shell (aka perfect). Our family's go to orders are an everything bag l - or flagel if you're feeling wild - with bacon, egg, and cheese (get two eggs - they cook their fried eggs perfectly). Also a tried and true everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, or a raspberry bagel with raspberry cream cheese if you're in the mood for something sweet!

Was coming back from a Newark airport dropped off and needed a bagel. This place got ok reviews but was there. Bagel was decent, busy place, good service so probably 3.5 stars. Big lot with plenty of parking and right off the highway.
