I've been eating at Nordstrom Cafe since I was like 5 lol. Every city. The Short Hills location is similar to others I've been to, with similar cuisine. Tomato basil is always a hit. It's thick and creamy and so good they sell it to-go as well! I stuck to my old favorites and got the Santa Fe chicken panini with a salad. Had a slight sweet tooth so opted for the carrot cake. Enjoyable for sure! For the Cafe to be a chain, it's not bad for a day out in Short Hills!
Easy to find it. Comfortable seating and tables, good coffee. Welcome break from wandering around the huge mall. Excellent for snack, drinks, etc. Will definitely use it regularly when in the area.

Pricy. You have to order when walking up. Confusing. They hand you a menu. You then walk to a table. We waited for someone to final come up and then check our order. The. Someone else came with drinks. I asked for a sugar with my tea, never came. Couldn’t signal anyone to bring. $82 for three pple. Two salads and a sandwich. With NO service. Wow.
