Worst Cheesecake Factory ever. After 20 mins I had to stand up and go to ask for a waiter. Took them 10 mins more to go. Hostess couldn’t care less. Waitress did not take order for drinks, we didn’t get bread and butter, instead, we got attitude. Steak was overcooked, dry and almost cold. When I asked for the dessert menu I got the check instead. I just paid and left to never visit again. Rockaway CF has much better service and kitchen, do the drive.

If you want to see a beautiful desserts, this is the place.But, if you want to eat the best food and with the best take Isn’t.I come up since 2014 on Cheesecake factory around USA and all the same. The food always is not warm, the taste is not the best, and the skinny menu, is really skinny but not for the price. The plates looks like amazing.The experience was difficulty, specially when you are more than 6 people and you reserve a table. They do not care when you arrive on time. It was the same if you book your name when you arrive and then, you receive the table that does not accommodate your fellows.

I never come here, I always go to the one in edison because of the way the staff treats the paying people. I recently went for a pickup order, as a way to be convenient and even still, there was bad attitudes everywhere, my food wasn’t ready as the app suggested along with the confirmation text message, aggression when I asked if they could staple my bag shut… The food was a hot greasy mess when I got home, the crab dip tasted like nothing I had ever eaten before and left my stomach in shambles, and I paid way too much for that experience. Never again.

Today 4/28/24 lunch time about 12:20 pm decided to sit down and eat the best fish and chips in the are and being early the place was half empty and ask a place next to the bar area for just myself after the meal came about 10 minutes the waiter came to ask me if I could move to another table to accommodate a party of seven which is so rude and a treatment that a customer never expected how can you come to eat and have somebody asking you to move over for some other guest to accommodate othersSo disrespectful kind of treatment that you don’t expected not even in a burger kingThis is a poor managemmet and high people in the company that doesn’t know how to interview and supervised their businessHope this place going out the business and hopping that any entrepreneur can read this review and open a better food business much better than this is

The service was terrible. Ordered steak tacos that was sitting in nothing but grease. First and last time coming here. Cheesecake was mostly whipped cream. The best thing was the bread and butter

Tarye was our server he was an absolute g he had amazing service and always found a way to make us laugh if your looking for a place with amazing service and amazing food then this is the place!!!!
A little crowded with the upcoming Easter holiday but service was friendly and efficient. Danny was very pleasant. Food was excellent. Choices were over the top.
