After hearing so much about Chipotle and south west bowls, I decided to give them a try, and I'm glad I did! I went for the Salmon south west bowl and chicken Chipotle Bowl, and it was a delightful experience. The chicken and salmon was perfectly grilled and flavorful. Avocados and salads in the bowl were very fresh. I am totally satisfied. Highly recommended.

As healthcare workers employed at JSUMC, we recently placed a $200 food order through DoorDash and encountered incredibly poor service. Unfortunately, our order was incomplete, missing several items. Upon contacting the restaurant to address the issue, we were met with rudeness from the individual on the phone, who not only failed to acknowledge their mistake but also argued about the missing items. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. It's disheartening to experience such disregard for customer satisfaction from a business. We firmly believe that customers should be treated with respect and that businesses should take responsibility for their mistakes.

TERRIBLE! If I could give an ZERO, I would!!! Out of 4 people, EVERY SINGLE ORDER WAS WRONG!! What happened to customer service?? You get home and you’re screwed because the order is all wrong??!! Terrible. I will never eat here again!! Overcooked burgers and ALL wrong!
