I grabbed dinner here after a haircut. I wanted something quick yet healthy. Good choice! I had a bowl with Spinach, spring mix, herbed quinoa, blackened tofu, cucumbers, pickled onions, flavored chickpeas, and cold sweet potatoes. I chose the ranch and also the ginger dressing. I did not know they were going to toss the whole salad, so I'm lucky that those two flavors actually complemented each other so well! That tofu definitely had a kick, but my salad was delicious and filling. I will definitely come back here. Just be careful about which toppings you add because many are upcharged.

Jay, the manager at the Shrewsbury location, was extremely welcoming! You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her location being clean, friendly, and warm! I would recommend coming here!!!

Fix your customer service. Don’t even bother calling phone number it’s absolutely useless, if you have any questions might as well keep it to yourself because staff will not help you.You’ll be dealing with a robot on the phone for 5+ minutes that offers no good solutions or relevant responses, their text number doesn’t respond either. Never had such a hard time trying to contact a resturaunt about my order, ridiculous.

Every time, without fail, my order is missing something or incorrect at any time of day. Last night an entire bowl was missing from the bag. I’d say it’s just the Shrewsbury store but their entire system is designed not to deal with mistakes. Call the store and it directs you to text. It takes 40 min to get a refund via text.

I love making my own bowls from Sweet Greens. I always have a yummy meal. I especially like the sautéed mushrooms and the roasted sweet potatoes in my bowl, always fills me up. Eating healthy!!

Went here yesterday for lunch and had the pleasure to be greeted and helped by Jasmin. The food was pretty good and the vibe inside looked sleek and clean but the service I received from Jasmin was like no other. She was very knowledgeable and carried a gentle tone with me the whole time no matter how many questions I threw her. Such a great experience and the service alone is making me want to come everyday now.

I built my own bowl and was serviced by someone named Jasmin if you can even call my experience service. She was arguing with me regarding the fact that her staff on other occasions had given me an extra piece of chicken in my bowl. I simply asked for an extra piece of chicken and she said she needed to charge me now if that’s your policy that’s fine but the way she abruptly spoke to me arguing with me back and forth was completely out of line. Her co worker jumped in snapping and embarrassing me in front of an entire line of people shouting at me as well. What a horrible team in this location. I come here 4 x a week and the only person who should be acknowledged for understanding great customer service would be the short blonde girl behind the counter. I’ve never experienced such horrible and outlandish customer service. I will never come here again and I work in the grove where your store resides and I will tell all of my coworkers as well as my customers to never step foot in this place unless they would like to be belittled, shouted at and humiliated for asking for something that they previously received without any hesitation or issue. Im so disappointed in this establishment and your organization should consider hiring a different manager besides Jasmine she is very inexperienced in dealing with customers and How to create enlightened hospitality. She should work in a stock room where she doesn’t need to communicate with direct consumers. I will never come here again.
