Bartenders (if that's what they were) rude, obnoxious,inexperienced,NO people skills and they made me feel like we were a bother to them!The eyes rolling, the snippy attitude, the cocky answer's. But only when they felt like waiting on us. My husband and I live around the corner and would never come back or recommend this place. It's a shame.

Everyone who worked here was really nice I believe my biggest gripe is how expensive everything is and that there’s no prices shown on the drink menu. Secondly, I ordered six wings and the flavor was good but three out of the six wings look like literal chicken nuggets with a stick inside, they were so small. The staff was lovely but I believe this place has been priced like a five-star restaurant in Philadelphia and that’s just not what you’re getting here, we went out for a cousins happy hour and one of my cousins could not be there because he was not above 25 which to me is a little bit absurd ( fyi no signage posted about that) it seems like they can’t handle certain types of crowds here. I don’t think I’ll be coming here anytime soon anymore. Oh, and lastly I looked at the receipt and they already add 20% gratuity as if we are in Miami or something so after having a couple drinks, you would have tipped them potentially a 30 to 35% if you’re not careful.

Atmosphere was nice but didn’t get to enjoy anything because of a age requirement that I feel is very discriminatory and hidden extortion type above gratuitous fee but even that I can deal with I’m very familiar with law and race age and other factors are not legal to deny service it’s sad because this could be a nice establishment and maybe they are trying to cut down on young crowds but this is not the way to do it because even when I brought this up to staff they were extremely rude so they definitely won’t get any of my business or family and friends

This bar has become over run with biker clubs. Once they arrive you are guaranteed not to get service. The bar also has signs posted that say if your credit card is left overnight, you will be automatically charged 20%. Which is fine. However, the past two times we have been there. We are charged 20% gratuity regardless if we use cash or card and I looked this up and it is illegal for an establishment to do this. Being that we have never had at 20% service I feel the need to complain, if the service was great, this would not be an issue. However, they are not earning their tips, they ignore their guests, knowing that they will be getting 20% regardless of what they do. This past time we went I ordered the wings and tostones, I asked for them to include three sauces when I got my bill I realized I was charged 80¢ for each one. I'm confused since when do wings not come with any sauce?? We have been regular customers for two years now and have even supported their contributions to fight cancer by purchasing eight koozies over the last two years and after this time, we were finally able to bring two home since the previous seasons were "disposed" of by staff.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my two friends. They were denied access to the bar because they were not over the age of 25. I have never heard of this rule and am honestly appalled by it. Beware, if you aren’t TWENTY-FIVE years old, you aren’t allowed in.

WARNING !!! This place charges 20% gratitude if you start a tab!! This place is in desperate need of some professional help!! Dead atmosphere slow to no service, it’s a help yourself and order at the bar place. All the food comes in styrofoam containers. Dont think I’ll be coming

This place is awful!!! Service is horrible. Barmaids stand around talking while customers wait and try to flag down for service. Drinks are weak, food takes a long time to come out. I witness the Barmaids handling trash and did not wash her hands. Not friendly or personable they look at you like you're bothering them. Now in 2023... Tried again last week, and service and everything else still horrible. Challenging manager to start reading reviews and respond to customers to address complaints. Correct the issues and make it a place people want to come back to the place.

The bar tenders are a mess!!! They purposely avoid making eye contact with you and drink all night behind the bar. Like don’t play we’re already paying a cover & why should I have to pay for this drink if you drinking the supply for free!? RUDE. One of them got a drink thrown on them last night for being RUDE.
