No host or hostess when we arrived. I’m disabled and it would have been helpful if someone who worked there, to at least offer to hold the door open when we arrived and left, don’t recommend anyone in a wheelchair, patronize this location. If you aren’t going to invest in a button to automatically open the door, then at least hire people who can assist at the door, I’m not asking for anything that other restaurants offer. My wife and I specifically went there for the mussels, that are no longer offered. We had to repeatedly ask for rolls, when we finally got them, they were cold, and hard as bricks. We asked the waitress for fresh rolls, she took the rolls she left on the table, and microwaved them. This must be an ongoing issue, because the people behind us burned their hands on the rolls they were just given. I did get a dish of oil with no seasoning. At least my small margarita pizza was okay. We are really disappointed I never wrote a bad review of any restaurant. We were planning on going back for our anniversary, but will probably go elsewhere, if you are in the area, I strongly recommend Lamberti Luna Rosa, for great service and authentic quality Italian food. I’m not sure if other bertucci restaurants are also lacking in service and quality, but I don’t think we’ll chance going to any location, especially when other alternatives are available It’s a shame, my wife and I were really looking forward to this.

The waiter was awesome! They were doing an 80's theme, which was very fun and our waiter dressed the part. They were very busy (it was about 12pm) and only 2 servers working, but u wouldn't know it. The sangria was ok, not my favorite but it's probably on me for having a drink at 12 lol. The food was excellent. The bread was super fresh, the ceasar salad was great and the pizzas were amazing. Had a nice lunch with my son. Never felt rushed and when I asked the server for a coke near the end he gave it to me in a to go cup, which really showed he knew what he was doing. The bill was no where near what I thought it would be, so I made sure to tip well. Will be back for sure.

I love Bertucci's and came back for the Shrimp Bella Venezia pizza (shrimp, lemon pepper sauce, tomatoes and basil). They don't have it on the menu anymore, but I asked my waiter 'E' to make it and he got it for me. The best pizza ever!! 'E' treated us so well, very nice guy and excellent service. Will come back again when in the area.

First time here with the new menu. Food was back to the way it was pre pandemic. Happy with the beer selections, but most of all the service was top notch. We had Ernie "E", as a server and he was absolutely cordial, social and attentive to our needs. I've eaten here for more than a decade and his service was a great experience. A real solid person. Great food, great service. Thanks guys!!!

Stopped here while passing through town. We are so glad we stopped at Bertuccis! The food was REALLY good, tasted as good as my Nonna's homemade sauce! The fresh bread and olive oil mix was a very delicious compliment to their tasty dishes. I wish they had one in my area. Clean inside and very nice waitress.

We were passing through, and stopped for lunch. I ended up getting the spaghetti with meatballs. It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. They really know how to to make a good Italian cuisine. Even though it was a simple spaghetti and meatballs, it really shows how good this place is. It came out fast, hot and very filling.

One of the most disappointing meals I've ever paid for. The lasagna had basically no meat in it and way too much ricotta. It was inedible. The sampler appetizer was equally disappointing. Flavorless wings with very little meat, burnt flavorless meatballs, and the didn't give me the toast or whipped ricotta. I wish I could get my money back. I didn't eat any of it.

Sonnet served our meal and she was so attentive and courteous. The food was absolutely delicious! Recommend their Tuscan wings and Farmhouse Salad!

Again with the lack of service here. I've experienced this issue with this location in the past but was sort of hoping for the best. Nope, not the case. Got sat right away but after a full 15 mins at the table without anyone coming by, despite servers in the section, we left. Kind of sad really, this place has decent food.

Been here twice first time for pizza second time for pasta. Both times food was excellent and so was the service. Highly recommend! Spaghetti and meatballs and rigatoni with vodka sauce and fried pepperoni wonderful.

I was in with my daughter as an impromptu dinner out together, and besides the food being good, the service was fantastic. Mackenzie S was our server and the sensational service started at the moment she approached our table and greeted us with a warm smile and an enthusiastic greeting. Her enthusiasm continued when we ordered one of the new items that was debuting that evening and made suggestions from the other new items on the menu. Being in a customer focused business myself, the importance of service is a priority to me. Mackenzie surpassed that with her sweet, genuine demeanor! Thank you Mackenzie and staff!

Husband was on the no for here. He hates pasta. He had there salmon and loved it. I got fettuccine Alfredo good as well. Food was delis and greatly portioned. There wings are to die for and oh the warm rolls and oil soooo good. Had to bring some home.... Kylie the manger is super awesome and takes good care of her customers. Would definitely return.

Not too busy on a Friday afternoon for lunch, food was hot and tasty. White sangria pitcher was yummy! Our server Sonnet was delightful and attentive.

My son mistakenly ordered from this location, we usually order from Rte 73 Marlton. This pizza was oddly shaped, had too much crust on some slices, no crust on others. It was burnt, and the toppings were extremely dry. If you are living in between the two Bertuccis go to Marlton, I've never had a bad pizza there.

That was pasta and meatballs that had a about a pound of salt and some other unrecognizable flavors. The staff is untrained and the cook chef is slow and untalented. Slow service painfully slow. The table behind us had their whole bill comped. We had one meal comped. The empty tables had large amounts of food left behind. Clearly they have staffing issues like the rest of the world that said it doesn’t excuse sub par food
