First time trying this place and will definitely back. I got the burger with a crab cake on top. Reviews aren’t wrong ... they’re huge! It was delicious. Their shakes look bomb but I’m watching my calories.Only reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 is because they only allow their burgers to be “Well Done.” I prefer my burgers to be Medium Rare, but it was still a good burger.

Burger was outstanding. Fresh and tasty cooked perfectly. The fries were disappointing honestly. Didn't seem to be fresh cut. I will go back but will skip the fries next time and try a shake instead.

I loved this place so much I went back the next weekend. They have such high quality food and such a wide variety of options that it's nearly impossible to get the same thing two times in a row unless that's what you're into. The people are so nice and I couldn't be happier. I plan on going back next weekend as well.

Go to pick up my food an the place was dead. I get home an my order was wrong & ice cold...I live 5mins from the store so it wasn’t that it was cold out an that’s why my food was cold. Place wasn’t dead so I don’t how you get an order wrong when it was dead!

Walking in made me think of shake shack the why the resultant is set up except you can't see the cooking area at all which should have been the first sign that I wasn't going to get the kind of burger I was hoping for. The second sign should have been that no one else was there at 12boon on a Saturday. The burger was thin on the greasy side the bun was soft and fresh. Tipping where fine. Fries were crispy and well done but had the added seasoning which I'm not a fan of. When I say seasoning not spices but extra breading. The place was clean.
I love burgers! If you love burgers DO NOT go here. This was our 1st and will be our LAST visit. We waited 20 minutes for our food which isn’t too bad. The burgers are pre made frozen burgers with no taste at all already then they over cooked them. You know it’s not going to be good when they don’t even ask “How would you like your burger cooked?” They forgot my bacon and when i told them they did offer to make it for me or refund me. I got 1 tomato with the center stem still in it and 1 limp small piece of lettuce. The cheese fries were very good BUT the cheese was spicy which i wasn’t expecting. Best thing was the soda! They are hiring an experience line cook ... you do NOT need experience to know, if you are going to name your restaurant BURGERZOID or anything with Burger in it, the burgers better be HOME MADE, FRESH, and the best thing on the plate. This place won’t last long unless they get someone in there that truly cares and loves burgers.

We had a great experience for a rainy, family dinner night. As a pescatarian, I had the crab cake shrimp no beef burger, the double burger for my husband and the Mercury waffle burger for my daughter. We also ordered cheese fries and French fries. My husband says the cheese had an undisclosed spice kick like a “jalapeño cheese”, but it was still good. Overall for first-timers, we give them a two thumbs up.

I love the burgers here. Only thing I change is the cheese on my burger, not a fan of American cheese. Onion rings and shakes are top notch. Not cheap but worth it.
