Went into the store happy to be there and left never wanting to come back! This location sucks half the employees there are miserable, and when it came to getting what you ask for the employee was super uncooperative offered to pay to extra and still got the smallest portion dried out hard rice and burnt beans, asked for double you’ll get less than original. I love chipotle but this locate definitely always has issues ridiculous!

I mean the food wasnt bad jus a little stingy per ususal, but i walkin in to get my bowl and i see a dirt neck white boy sitting on the counters with his pants sagging and feet also on equipment im not no health inspector but ik damn well thats not acceptable.

I get the bowls, but the fountain soda area is always filthy. There is always employees standing around talking instead of cleaning. The one on blackwood clementon is much nicer.

This location tends to always run out of food. Went into the lobby and employees had a Bluetooth radio playing songs with explicit language. No professionalism and no longer a family spot to eat.

Do not use Google Maps! Not accurate, sends you into the woods & on private property . Attempted to correct by contacting google maps & Chipotle, without success!

I LOVE chipotle. It's one type of food I never can get enough of. This specific location has had many hiccups (and of course is my home store). 90% of the time we order through the app, they're out or something, or we still wait an absurd amount of time. I just keep coming back from convenience, but also, they season their chicken well. I've gone to other locations and it's either spicy or bland, no in the middle. I haven't had any particularly horrible experience that would keep me from returning but it's not a great experience either.

Ok new folks as of today are awesome! They speak espanol and do a really good job making sure the food is fresh. This is night and day compared to the previous delinquent children operating this Chipot. Hope the staff stays unchanged!
The food was good, some of the food had been sitting a little long. The service was good, could have been better. The restaurant was clean. An average experience.

I had a great experience at this location. The employees were very informative it being my first time at a chipotle they greeted me with great smiles and patience as I chose what I wanted. I love the serving size that they gave me. They weren't skimpy at all they were big servings. Great location. The place was very clean. I will be back again.

Do not get uber eats or probably antly delivery from this location it was a terrible experience. Every item of the four items issues including wrong ingredients and missing major components of orders. I got chicken instead of steak in the burrito and steak is an up charge. One of two chip and guac orders came with no guac and my wifes quesadillas didn't come and we got a random bowl of Ingredients and a crumple up tortilla shell. Uber only refunded 17 of the 50 dollar order which I'm embarrassed I to admit I paid for this order.

I have never dealt with this type of service before.... This woman was talking so low to me becuase I didn't know how the rewards worked. She interrupted me and told me to pay and leave when I was being nothing but polite. Worst service ever. Don't come here

Foods good but DO NOT EVER CALL OR TRY TO GET HELP FROM THEIR AI. It will never out you in contact with a person and you will spend an hour trying to figure out which salsa is spiciest. AI says the workers are “too busy to answer store calls”. THEN WHY HAVE THE NUMBER?!Vegetarian options: They have them but you should eat meat you’re not a farm animal.
