I frequent this restaurant. I've never had a complaint with customer service. I don't think they go above and beyond what their customer service but it's fine. The food is usually pretty good but I don't think the flavor is consistent. It doesn't always taste the same but one thing I really do like that it's BYOB and it's right next-door to liquor store so while you're waiting for your food to come out you can run next-door and grab a bottle of wine or tequila. Can’t say how much I love this place.(2-3 visits a week sometimes) Their customer service is top notch. Always accommodating with anything. As a fellow business owner this place gets a 5 stars for me.

Pretty good. It’s two exits which I liked because the place wasn’t big. It was definitely crowded but I went on a Saturday. There was two families having parties. Service was fast.
