I wanted to take the time to commend the manager, Al, and staff at our local Primos in Sicklerville, NJ. We ordered 2 finger sandwich trays from Shoprite for a birthday party. When my husband arrived for pick up, they did not have the order. Being frequent customers, he ran across the street to Primos to see if they could put together some hoagies for us for the party. The manager began cutting rolls before my husband even finished talking! They even offered to deliver them so my husband could come help at the party and not have to come back. They had 10 sandwiches delivered to us within 20 minutes, just in time to be put out for our guests. I can not commend the manager and staff enough for their professionalism, understanding and urgency. THEY SAVED THE DAY! We obviously realize our mistake, and will be using Primos for future catering needs! I can not thank Sicklerville Primos enough. Thank you
