The waiter was slow if not totally forgetful of your ordering. Several beverage orders were totally ignored. After expressing frustration the reply was “well, theres alot going on.”When dinner finally came, we asked for cheese which wasn’t brought to the table until our red wine was brought , which was when we were significantly done.Expressly disappointment to the manager when leaving the insincere apology was “we can’t find good workers”$300 shot to hell

Horrible experience. Sat and waited for our food for over an hour and still nothing came out of the kitchen. To a point where we got up and left after being told 15 mins before we left that the kitchen was “backed up” and it would be right out. Haven’t been here in a long time and don’t plan on returning. This was on the tiki bar not inside restaurant but still same place and service standards should be MUCH more up to par

I moved to a close neighborhood and always see it packed. I decided to give it a try. The food is very basic similar to those in diners. I tried their wings , they seemed a bit old with aftertaste. The cheesesteak preroll was very greasy. Their main dishes were acceptable but not worth it.

Our family has been going to Villari’s for years and always love the food and atmosphere but we were blown away by the Easter dinner today. It was phenomenal! The dining room was beautifully set, our waiter, Aiden, was amazing, and the food selection and quality was exceptional. Nicely done, Villari’s! Thank you for a great day!

Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service and top-notch food & drinks. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed not only the fantastic view but also devoured the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizers, French onion soup and the crab ravioli complete with shitake mushrooms, topped off with a superb lobster bisque sauce. Our waitress Elaina & perhaps one of the owners too (we didn't get her name) took great care of us. We'll definitely be back!!

Service was okay, we weren't checked on much at all. The food was typical bar food, just okay. But the sodas were in a small plastic cup at $4 for each refill, which is an insane price point ended up spending $32 on 8 sodas for four people...
Place looks nice but 4$ for a tiny cup full of ice with 2 sips of sprite in it is ludicrous. Have fun coming just don't be thirsty.

Lovely place to have dinner. Our waiter Sam was polite and checked on us frequently. We sat upstairs on a Saturday night and could see the lake and hear the band. All of the food came out piping hot including the dinner rolls. Not pictured here are the clams in white sauce and bacon wrapped shrimp we had as appetizers. The clams were delightful. The bacon wrapped shrimp were unfortunately overcooked but we didn't fuss about it. Drinks were strong and came fast. Can't wait to go back when it's warm and have dinner on the patio.

Server took a few minutes to get to us. Had a large party. Service at bar much faster. Fried calamari is excellent. Bar tenders always there to refresh your drink. Live music some weekends wish it was more of a regular thing.
