The burgers were burnt and not juicy at all. We asked to get water from the new drink machine and.was given 2 bottles of water. The tables were dirty one of the trash cans had a huge crack in it. And the radio was quite loud coming from the back. Has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been in

Went through the drive thru around 115pm on 1/18. I pulled a nugget out to start eating before I left the drive thru. There were hairs wrapped around my nugget meal. I asked the girl in the drive thru for new fries and nuggets since they were all together in a bag. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and hair happens. I get it, but I was also grossed out by the thought of hair wrapped in my food. She handed me one single nugget. I asked her to get me a new bag of food just because I was grossed out by it. I said It was no biggie as long as I got a new meal. She snatched the bag from me and screamed to her coworkers that I wanted a new meal. Pretty sure they handed me the same bag back but whatever. I said thank you so much have a good night. The girl looked at me in the face and looked over at her coworker and said in a squeally, sarcastic voice “thank you have a good night”, when I turned to the drive thru window to ask ??? they were waving me to keep driving. My husband ultimately went inside to ask why they felt the need to be that way toward us and asked for a manager. They said they don’t have one. He asked for corporate number and they said they don’t know what that is. Look, realistically, hair happens. It’s no biggie. But the principle of the fact was- I was polite and they’re a bunch of sarcastic and snobby children(adults) with poor mannerisms. I don’t typically leave reviews, rarely leave negative reviews, and even more rarely get fast food but I just don’t get how you can be nice and understanding to someone and they act a fool right to your face

Just went in with both of my boys. Nick who I believe was the manager was extremely nice and helpful not just to us but also to everyone that came in. He was constantly helping and communicating with the staff to help in any way he could. I own a company and it’s hard to find company people and he definitely is. I will definitely be back again.

Make sure you check your food before driving away! Paid for doubles just to get singles & they ignore special requests at times with online ordering..they've been getting worse with quality control sadly. Still my fave place to go for burgers. Get it together Wendy! LolParking: Plenty of spaces around the lot. They need to repave in front of ordering screen bc there's a huge pothole as you turn the corner to order.Kid-friendliness: Not overly kid friendly atmosphere. No indoor/outdoor play areas, unfortunately.
GO INSIDE and LOOK! It’s very very very dirty. I sat down on dirty chairs/ tables with tape on them.I didn’t even eat my food after observing around me.Water stains on ceiling. Black stuff on baseboards. Old soda and food stains everywhere. Cashier rolls eyes and makes it out to be a hassle to order food. I watched them not handle the food safely.How is this place even open? They need an inspection asap! Next time you go look inside.
