I placed my order on Grubhub. The Grubhub driver delivered my order to the wrong address in my apartment complex. Grubhub “customer service” said there’s nothing they can do. They refused to refund the money, as well as refused to submit my order for redelivery.I spoke with the team at Little Sicily, and the owner went out of his way and called Grubhub himself to speak on my behalf. I usually don't have a problem with my food but yesterday I got a grilled chicken ceasar salad and the chicken must have been bad it made my stomach hurt really really bad and I had diarrhea all night ☹

I ordered a meatball calzone, it was terrible. The meatballs were tiny balls, and there weren't many in it. The meat to cheese ratio was about 1 : 9. I being the amount of meat anr 9 being the amount of cheese. I gave it to my friend who isn't as picky as me. He'll basically eat anything, and even he wouldn't eat it....
